I can't help but pause at everysingle new frame I see just too see the details of the drawings and I honestly just in awe about the drawings itself and the details at the book scene. I kept seeing new things at that part and trying to piece the story too your drawing together like a puzzle. I noticed that beach episode too, love that sooo much. Also when you added the music that the Tales from the SMP uses and combining it to Bbh's narration just gives it a chef's kiss and I kept rewatching it over and over again. I want everyone in the Dream smp who are involved in the Tales from the SMP too see your work. This needed to catch Karl's attention because holy heck you deserve it. This is absolutely stunning. I can't count the times I watched this video just to take in all of the details! "Tales from the SMP" really adds another layer to the lore, and you're absolutely doing it justice with this animation. It makes me want to go and (re-)watch the entire series...

I was confused about it too when I first started working on this. The Town That Never Was is the first installment in the series. That stream was about him, George, Sam, Fundy, and Bbh creating an entire town on the server within an hour. After the hour was up a *surprise* would happen to their newly made town. The stream isn’t on Karl’s Twitch anymore, but people have reuploaded it to RU-vid.
It's odd, because the way BBH narrates is so different from how he speaks, but you can also tell it's him. It's a weird middle ground of sounding familiar and sounding completely different.
This is going to be long but here we go: The story has changed so much from season 2 to season 3. In season 2 what Wilbur wanted was a story where the characters were held together by the story and not the other way around. To explain that more, the situations led the characters to do whatever they did. In season 3, i.e, since Wilbur stopped writing, that original thought has been completely looked over, as in abandoned. Now, every individual character has their own arc and sub plot(which is what Wilbur did NOT want). Bbh has the egg, Karl has his time travelling thingy, Ranboo is a literal abnormality in the smp making him kind of the main character. So everything that follows will be because of the actions of these individual characters(the exact opposite of the s2 where the story bound the characters) I don’t mean this in a bad sense. I love story rn but I would have loved to see how the story would have gone in Wilburs way of thinking
