If you've ever played the crossovers, you'll notice that Kyle's hiougi is zankuu tenshouken. All the other artes are references to old ones (soryuu metzugazan is dragon demon chaos, and shou'ou zetsuenshou is balzing phoenix. Resshou souhajin is azure edge on steroids.).
1) Use crazy comet 500 times (yes 500 times), and enable the "extension" action enchant, though you will want it level 4 so you can extend it (crazy comet cost + extension cost = insane), and you want TP reduction in lvl 4 (passive enchant) so you dont run out of TP for extending, meaning you need about 2500 uses. 2) In gamefaqs kouli guide has it 3) That is how its supposed to , they look the same but have fused slots 4) I dont use cheats
+gdastray Well ToZ's localizations for the Summons are pretty much in the context of the game (such as Flamberge due to the sword using Fire Arma). I dunno would they translate ToD2 if they'd keep them verbatim.

Equip hi ougi action enchant (last action enchant), and perform an Arcane arte in spirits blaster mode holding O. Reala and Harold must perform master level spells and hold O in spirit blasters. Nanly must have "extension" action enchant equipped on any of her basic spells, then extend a spell in spirit blasters
Well, RU-vid will make everything low quality in the end, so its sort of the same :pYeah the original version is around 1 min, while this is 5 mins (BARELY enough).
Why you don't add Nanaly Elemental Mystic Artes here? I remember she can use Flame Brave and Aqua Mist (or whatever the water spirit is) although without recorded line

@theSomaru No, Tales of Eternia is for the PSX and was renamed Tales of Destiny II for the USA, Tales of Destiny 2 is for the Playstation 2 and is the true sequel of Tales of Destiny for the PSX
when you perform combos in this game, does every attack add into the damage shown in the white numbers, like the Tales of Destiny remake, or is it the value of each individual attack like in Abyss or Symphonia? great video by the way. makes me wish i could read kanji... and understand japanese lol.
@Kevassa02 Hey Kev, you have any ideas on how to activate Spirits Blaster in a quicker way? I can use Resshou Souhajin and Judas' first, but activating Spirits Blaster is very annoying. Please help!
Considering how the furagana can be written as the author desires I dont think it could be considered a mistake, though it can look pretty disorganized, yes

How Do You Do Crazy Commet Extensions Do You Have And Subbed Or Translation Of The Grade Shop Of New Game+ How Do You Use That Option When You Combine 2 Weapons Or Armors Together effectively (when i use it, it looks like i wasted a weapon bc it looked the same) Do You have CWCheat Codes P.S Mana Of Khemlia (Music) Is One Confusing/Challening Game, Alchemy isnt my strong point in that game.
@Barrylocke It doesn't help that of all the melee characters, Judas is the one with the lowest defense (if you don't alter his leveling up bonuses). He tends to die all the time in my game. :\
This exhibiton had 24 hi ougi clips and 1 crazy comet clip and is 5:30 long... ToD DC has 23 hi ougis, I think, but more characters... So it will be probably the same length
@ES21007 Eh? The employees didn't quit to rage on Nintendo. There was a huge problem with the development of "Tale Phantasia", many changes and many uncredited artists, in the end they released the game as "Tales of Phantasia" and a good part of the original designers left and formed Tri Ace. To be fair, Namco has changed a whole lot since then, and the american branch seems to genuinly take action to encourage fans. First time in years we had such good public relations.
well it doesn't help that the other characters were set to Manual not doing anything, in the event the characters were actually moving then the chances probably wouldn't happen that much
@Kevassa02 I never had much of a problem with that, cause either my enemies died from his attack, or Kyle would run straight in and start beating on the monsters in front of him >.>

At the very beginning of the video, at 0:03, is the "Even if wasn't meant to be here, i will be your punishment!" sentence from the game? if that's the case, who says it, Judas? and when is it said?
Psst~ The instrumental wasnt long enough XD I dunno, maybe its because dont use windows movie maker for the exhibition? Or that I use more anime scenes to introduce the characters, something along those lines. Also its the kickass music, this voiced ver grew to me quite quickly

Well~ no one makes bosses because they use crappy hi ougis, except for Last Vanisher and Indignate Judgment. All the other "hi ougis" are reusals of the character ones without cut ins and random dialogue thrown in
