This is really one of the easiest episode to digest. Minnie was enjoying the food so much and you could see Jaejoong expanding the questions or giving 1-2 more sentences to elaborate his questions so as to give more time for Minnie to finish chewing. The way their conversation flow was super smooth as well, barely any awkwardness.
It's because she didn't have a Korean (or East Asian) upbringing and Confucianism drilled into her. You can't say she's confident for that but more on the lines of ignorant (not necessarily in a bad way) which is why ignorance is a bliss. Confident would be someone who sees through Korean hierarchical lens but can still show an atypical behaviour. The closest from the top of my head would be Jessie in a sense but not quite since she's not exactly fully Korean-minded either.
Jaejoong obviously understands this entire situation and accepts her attitude as it is without offense but the same won't fly for a native. But then again, the foreigner card will only get you so far..
I like how Minnie and Jaejoong actively ask each other questions, laugh and are comfortable with each other even though they have just met. The two of them give the impression of a brother and sister who love each other as sibling 🥹💜

I think Minnie is right. No one in (G)I-DLE is completely normal. Minnie might have an edge to being the closest, but as Neverland we all know that she's often comes out with the strangest phrases and expressions. You can't predict what she'll do next. I'm sure Staff know better than us. We only see what they want us to see on camera, afterall.....but I always got the impression that (G)I-DLE is just one of those groups who act pretty much like their true selves 24/7. They might try to be funnier for cameras, but it's not a huge leap from their base personalities.
She is "E" but her health issues came up at the end of last year, so her energy wasn't high and she tested again and got "I" But recently she's better, willing to be silly and bouncing around again🥹 I think she might be back to "E"🤣
Yuqi is literally the most abnormal one in the group lmaooo. I think soyeon is the most normal lmao. But she do have some quirkness. Miyeon and yuqi are the craziest
