I played WMH for about a decade, so it always heartens me to see some familiar names bolstering an already awesome AoS community! Also, my last painted Hordes model was the Sea King, so I'll share that Trollblood solidarity!
This was fantastic as a new nurgle player! lots of really good, easy to diget info, I was wondering your thoughts on how to run glottkin in the current GHB? wanted him to be my big centrepiece but no idea what to put around him
Thanks Chris. Glotkin takes up a lot of points so you are looking for some value picks that can still score battle tactics and objectives. Blight Kings would be something I would include.
Great video, expecially for someone like me which is at the start of this army! A rule question: for allies I read that I can't ally SoD units that have a mark of chaos or that they can choose one of it. But Be'Lakor is , isn't this a mark of chaos? How can I ally him? I guess I am missing something (?)
Coach just on the magical dominance from what i have read you can fail to cast spells (as long as you succeed woth at least 1 spell) you just cant have them unbound
Cool episode, but how has Tom taken 2 spells per sorcerer in his second list? He can get one extra from the command entourage I suppose? those spells would require additional enhancements to be taken in the list, or maybe I'm missing something!
I don’t have the slides on me right now but all of his wizards are allowed to have 1 spell, and can choose an extra spell each if they take warlord or command Entourage.
I'm actually running a no wizard nurgle list right now. Hero suite of LoA, Orghotts, Bilepiper and taking the Icon for the unbind. Not spending the points on a wizard really opens up your list to be able to take more units and easily complete tactics like the Droning and Surround and Destroy.
This is some great insight into Nurgle. I've been looking for a reason to take my Nurgle off the shelf, maybe paint my Glottkin for the fun of it(?). But I'd love to see you talk Lumineth. I know, at least I was pretty worried about Teclis and Sentinels with the new GHB. But they don’t seem to have made a huge impact. More importantly, I REALLY want to get some thoughts on lists without Teclis. Since someone took first place at Salt Lake Open without Teclis or Sentinels and leaned *super* heavy into Hero-Hammer. I'd personally LOVE an interview with the person who piloted that list.
