Yes, I saw similar scenery in Louisiana USA, as well as a rural town in Japan. I might have heard this song long long time ago when I was a baby on my Grand Mother's back. Everything in photo/song looks/sounds nostalgic.
Pure Lemko love. As clean and healthy as the waters in the mountain stream, which drizzles the stones, embrace the edges and recall Lemkos. / Pur amour de Lemko. Aussi propre et sain que les eaux dans le ruisseau de la montagne, qui ramollit les pierres, recouvre les bords et rappelle Lemkos.

If you speak Ukrainian you understand anything Lemkos say because it is the same language with slight variations in pronunciation and some regional differences in coloquialisms as exist in all countries. I heard this song with "Hutsul" instead of Lemko. Love it either way!
