just got this lens too...love it! Dynamic stabe only seems to be good for moving forward in short bursts. I love my crane M2s tiny gimbal that works perfect for this setup.
It seems like the dynamic active was fighting itself with the Tamron. When you went into active, it seemed to do better (less stable but also less jerky).
@@noisackda2564 hmmm...maybe. Either is still leaps and bounds better than the ZV-E10's stab. Is there any weird motion blur at lower shutter speeds like you get with catalyst browse?
Footage looks quite good to my eyes. To be honest I didn't notice anything which would disturb me from watching. In my eyes bad rolling shutter and IBIS wabble is much more distracting then slight footage shake. Since 20-40mm with 2.8 is such a unique focal zoom range it's understandable you want to love this lens :) I wouldn't think too hard about it. People won't notice the slight shaky moments when the story is interesting - which is always the case for you :)
Hi Noi! 😎 I’ve really been enjoying/binging your videos. In fact I even went and purchased a Sony ZVE1 after “feeling” your enthusiasm in your films for the ZVE1! Hey I have to tell you that you make awesome videos…please keep uploading them here👍 I’m. wanting to purchase 😗 a lens specifically for vlogging on the ZVE1. Please tell me if you had to choose only one lens between your Sony 15mm & your Sony 11mm lens for the ZVE1 which one would you choose? Thanks from Australia! John ✌️
Thank you so much! Australia! It's on my bucket list for sure. Hmmmm the 15 or the 11....It's so subjective. It's very hard. I prefer the look of the 15 but a lot of people prefer the wideness of the 11. I find that the 11mm isn't great for anything other than vlogging while the 15 can do vlogging and general-purpose video. A lot of people do find that the 15 is a bit too close-cropped. I'm not going to say either one is better than the other, but if you asked my to give up one I would probably lean towards the 11. There is another lens out that that got released that may be better than both. I have it coming in today and will most likely review it. It's the Viltrox 16mm FF lens.
@@howglucosemoves Well 18mm on APSC might be a little too close-cropped but I think it would be totally fine on the ZV-E1. Might be the perfect pairing to be honest. I have another video up showing how it looks actually now that I think about it.
