Though War Thunder has thousands of vehicles at this point, there are still plenty more that Gaijin could add to make the game a bit more balanced or interesting. Today we'll be taking a look at some tanks and other armored fighting vehicles that I believe would be good additions to the game. We'll be taking a look at the Israeli AMX-13 NIMDA and Degem Yud as well as the French VAB with 40mm CTA, followed by the America CVAST Bradley IFV.

I personally believe they should add the T-57 Heavy Tank. It could be added as 2 turrets were built and were placed on a M103s hull. And it did undergo testing which led to the discovery of its flawed autoloader

They should add the M728 Combat Engineer Vehicle, it’s basically a Cent. AVRE, but M60 instead, I think it would be a fun addition

Pz. 1 Breda could be a fun low-tier tank for either Germany or Italy. Basically an AS.42 but tank chassis.

The Hispano Buchon as a german air premium would be cool too, basically the HA1112 with a 1600hp Merlin built in the mid 1950s for Spain's colonial lands in Africa.

Britbong here: Vickers Mk.3i and Vickers Mk.3M 3i has a new much sleeker hull, APFSDS stowage and a new 850hp engine 3M has the 850hp engine, thermals and ROMOR ERA So basically analogs to the Leopard 1A1A1 and 1A5

A tank that I think should be added, and I'm honestly surprised isn't already in game is the stuG 4. Its a stuG based off of a panzer 4 chassis and there were thousands of them mass produced so it's kind of surprising to me that it's not already in game

That'd definitely be cool but I'm not sure if there's any vacant space in the German tech tree that it could potentially fill especially seeing that Germany is already stuffed with tank destroyers a good amount of which are Pz IV casemates but I wouldn't be opposed to the Stug IV being added

A good option is the chilean Sherman M-60, an upgrade from the M-50 but with a 60mm cannon that can fire APFSDS (120mm of pen. at 60° 2000meters), obviously on the israeli tech tree

I feel like with addition of G6 and the fact that Dune event tested MLRS system, we might finally see a huge influx of new SPGs and MLRSs in the game. There are dozens of very popular vehicles that wouldn't have worked in the game before overpressure made HE a viable option. Their absence from IDF tree was kind of disappointing.

I personally would like to see the M45, a Pershing with a 105 howitzer. Another fun one might me the M2 Linebacker, which is just a Bradley with Stingers instead of TOW missiles

The Pershing would just be even worse. A "fun" vehicle would be the T92 HMC.

@@realhebplus1871 Eh, I figured it would be a fun derp tank at around 5.7 to 6. No pen, but good armor. Plus, all Gaijin would need to do is change the gun and the turret to implement it, so it'd be an easy addition. The T92 is a good idea though. There are never enough high caliber derp tanks

They will be added in the future in way or another. WT release, at the low end 50 vehicle each year. And WT does not appears to be dying any time soon. So just wait.

Since you mentioned the bradley seavest, i feel obligated to talk about the COMVAT (combat vehicle armament technology for the gun that it had). Its an obscure IF that has been tested with guns from 30mm to 60mm on a bradley chassis that was cancelled probably because the army was to lasy to develop a new family of ammo( Very obscure as i said)

There are quite a few variants of the Churchill that would likely work well in warthunder, including the AVRE and ones armed with 95mm howitzers, Sherman 75mm (with Sherman mantlet) and even ones with the hull howitzer and 2pdr swapped.

Although this is probably not the nest tank or SPG out there but I think that the T92 GMC would be a pretty neat vehicle added to war thunder, it uses a 240mm M1 Howitzer on a Pershing hull and has 8 crew members. It was only a prototype so it could be added as an event vehicle, I just think that it would be a massive glass cannon and if id have to pick a br probably 6.3-6.7 because of the Pershing hull but I don’t think it could go up past 7.0. Anyway lobe the content and I hope for another tanks that should be added video.

I'd like to address a small issue with AMX-40 in 1:44. Don't you think Spookston that this tanks track hitboxes are abnormally large thus it hits/stucks on places where even bigger thanks can easily pass by ? Great list btw !!

In my opinion, the spanish pizarro IFV should be added to war thunder, it has ERA protection and the same cannon (mauser MK 30-2) as the Puma IFV. Maybe as a lower BR puma, as it doesn't have active protection.

Something that'd be interesting for an april fools update, seeing the ratte in the game, instead of the maus, maybe as a "PVE mode" could have half of the lobby trying to take down an ai controlled ratte tank, its an interesting armored vehicle idea.

I think the SPz 12-3 Lang Hs.30 should be added. It's the first IFV and there are versions with a 20mm autocannon and a 106mm recoiless. There is also the Kanonenjagdpanzer 1-3 and the Rakenjagdpanzer 1 which use that chassis. Since Gaijin seems to be fond of the joint venture tanks I think both the Eurotank (both in the french and german) could be added aswell as the Indienpanzer. Indienpanzer could fit between the WW2 tanks and the leo. For the Euro tank they could make an event where you can decide which version you want (or both).

On the topic for France I think it could use a romanian armoured vehicle that being the MLI 84 (the version equipped with the milan 2t atgm), a vehicle based on the bmp 1 but upgraded to NATO standards using french/german tech, and to some extent the TR 85M1 depending on how Gaijin models it (having thermals or not) could be given to israel since it's industry helped modernise a lot of other eastern european vehicles and aircraft like the Puma SOCAT heli(not so sure about this one since it uses Spike atgms) and the MIG 21 LanceR C(the variant for air superiority or the A made for ground support)

You should check out the SEA vehicles that could/should be in War Thunder -AMX-13 Retrofit -PT-91 Pendekar -Leopard 2SG and Leopard 2RI -Harimau Medium Tank -Stingray Light Tank Etc.

I just want them to fix the models they already have in game. Been grinding the AMX 13 HOT, and even their own wiki says it has a laser range finder. Did a little more digging and the only HOT prototype was made using the last model of the AMX13, the 1985 model. That included a new diesel engine, transmission, hydropneumatic suspension, improved tracks and FCM. Blows my mind they're still using the amx 13 design from the 60s

I would like to see more British armour such as, 40mm CTAS Warrior, it would act like the puma but a little less survivable but a slightly better gun(or other warrior types) then the CRVT series of light air mobile armour such as the scorpion, scimitar and sabre. We already have the stormer and Striker in game and would add mobility to the lumbering British tech tree

I would like to see the Ob'yekt 782 and 787 both be added, since they would make for some fun machines. None of the ATGM worries of the BMPT, but still much of the fun.

there are plenty of upgunning options for the Bradley, multiple 30mm, 35mm and even 40mm were mounted on it there was a time the US Army sought to install the HELLFIRE on pretty much everything, it is unclear if they ever tried to test fire HELLFIRE from a Bradley but I've seen stranger things such as the Chapfire (Chaparral SAM with 2 HELLFIRE) more recently we have seen a Bradley with the same MCT-30 turret as mounted on the Stryker Dragoon

I know it only was a wooden mock up and there was nothing real about it, but the italian P43 would be awesome, it would have been a panther style hull with 80-100mm front armor, and a 90mm 90/42 gun derived from the 90mm 90/53, weight would have been around 30 tons with a 420hp diesel v12, which would give it a 14hp/ton power/weight ratio

If you want Israeli low tier you got the r39 that was used in the independence war and the Cromwell the Achilles and if I’m not mistaken the Daimler that the “hagana” organization stole from the brits before 1948 but I think it was still used after Ben goryon mushed together the hagana lehi ezel and the palmach into the idf

3:05 For the love of God, if you talk about the Spike ATGM, please specify which one you have in mind! Spike is a whole family of missiles, ranging from Spike SR with maximum range of 1.5 km used by infantry the same way as the Javelin to the Spike NLOS with the range of 32 km used by the Pereh missile carrier and functioning like the Brimstone. Only some of them work the way missiles in the April Fools event worked (which I think is what you had in mind here), while the Spike LR so the one most commonly mounted on vehicles is just fire-and-forget, so it would work like the Khrizantema but without maintaining the radar lock.

The april fools test was definitely a test to see if Javelin style fire and forget missiles would be balanced, so you can expect missiles like the MMP and Spike LR to appear one day. This being said, from what I know, the MMP on the EBRC and MCPV is capable of NLOS attacks like the Spike ER, but can also be used in LOBL mode like a Javelin.

I know you don't play aircraft, or know too much about them, but I would love to see the Avia B.534, as a German rank one biplane as all of Germany's biplanes suck. Also, the Dornier Do-24, it would be placed at the same BR as the Bv-138 but unlocked before. I mainly want it as there are not enough flying boats/seaplanes in WT and this one was very good. (Could also be released along side the He-115, which would be put above the Bv-138).

few more options for the israeli tech tree: 1. Namer IFV - Currently in testing, its a merkeva mk 4 hull with a 30 mm unmaned turret like the puma but also with atgm. 2. at lower tier PT 76 b is an option israeli caputre some egyptian at 6 days wars. 3. tiran 5s its basically a t-55 and tiran 6 as t-62 4. the "pereh" altough i dont know how will gaijin ever implement the israeli gil missle

there are many vehicles with the same 40mm CT canon like an AMX 10RC with the same turret that equips the VBCI philoctete (another T40 turret different from the one of the jaguar), the VBCI philoctete (boh of them are equiped with missil) a drawing of a Titus with the T40AA turret at the back or the Nexter/Thales Rapidfire Truck and maybe (not sure about that at 100%) a sagaie but with a 40mm turret instead of the 90mm gun

Sagaie didn't get a CTA, the ERC 40 is much older. It's a 40 L 70 with stab, apfsds and HEVT.
