Do not make them heros like Salman and shahrukh...ask them what are they doing for the country.. make IAS and IPS accountable for the work handed over to them...so many states are still deprived of basic facilities whose incharge are IAS and IPS..there are so many law less states in India... mugging and enjoying state facilities should not be made heroic... instead deploy experienced people from Pvt institutions
At some point they might be earning lot's of crores but also we can also say that films, entertainment industry also provide jobs to people and also films releases in theatres so there also it provide jobs,we buy tickets where entertainment tax goes to GDP of India as a whole so as a whole it contributes to the economy of India which is not bad plus we also earn from overseas people watching it from other country also benefits our country, it also build soft-power more things can be said but I hope you'll understand..
