Def. Family. But, i´m not even going back for the Money or beautiful houses, i´m going back for some spiritual peace... I know there's some people messing with some voodoo shsh, but, in Africa there´s still less Demons than the west. Africa is the Most Peaceful place in the world., I was born in Angola and i can tell!
Our girls are absolutely gorgeous and this particular one is outstanding. She is so feminine and natural. Ooh dear so beautiful smile. Afican girls... wow!
Looking at things Tanzania is more built than some European countries Africa is growing if not for go black 2 Africa I will never known Africa is beautiful.
Honestly speaking, there's something about natural beauty of an African women. She didn't need nothing on her, but her natural look and grace to be stuningly beautiful. That my friend is a real beauty, not fake, expensive, and time consuming. Now, go get her and the condo, happy life.
@@servantamyplant4474 What principle are you talking about? Be clearer. I have spoke to a local Tanzanian realtor yesterday about this video. I even sent him the video and he told me he is not aware that the law in Tanzania main land has changed to allow to Foreigner to buy houses. He was surprised himself by this video. He said that many big organizations are making pressure on the Government to change the law about that, but nothing has been done yet because the Government hasn't move a bit about changing the law yet. So, I really don't understand this woman who said Foreigner can buy those condos.
I am in TANZANIA, and after all my research being here, I learned that TANZANIA is not expat friendly when it comes to obtaining residency. You have to leave the country every 90 days just to come back, there is a 2 year student visa offered, but that is just for 2 years only and when you leave the country every 90 days, you have to pay to go to another country before you are allowed to come back. TANZANIA does not offer permanent residencies, unless you marry a Tanzanian.
The rules were set by the immigration laws in benefit of Tanzanian, I have been around to the continent , they offer three month after expire you have to extend
@@pendael02 3 month is not long enough, just like the 2 year visa is not long enough. People should not have to continue to extend or pay money to leave the country just to repeat the same cycle
The good thing is that in africa, nobody is obsessed with checking your papers unless you commit a crime. You can even live for 5 years without being asked about your documents.
Mannnnn I’m looking at the comments and amazed at peoples responses to the quality of life going on in Africa 😂😂😃😂. Listening to mainstream giving you a poor image of the land you come from. I’m here and will not return to the beast system. Happy here for ever.
If she just keep her wooly godly hair this way forever, no deadly poisoned perms, no wigs... Brother, isn´t the camera always focusing on the same spot?...😁. Alright. This is our Man, not our Boy 😉
@@ngamaizinzi3987 The world is not ready for the truth., But soon or later the world will know that this is the only Human hair in the world, others are not hair neither humans., Anyway. Love the natural hair Black woman. No wigs. 😍 💜
Something must be done by african american community to go and meet president of TANZANIA and talk about them how they can get priority on permanent resident and citizenship. Must select some african american leaders like andrew young of any popular african american figure to go there and present the issue to the TANZANIAN parliamentary(law makers)Binge in swahili .
There are laws allowing permanent residency for foreigners in Tanzania already. Have you asked a Tanzanian immigration lawyer about the terms and conditions for permanent residency?
You don't need this many bathroom. You could have used the space for closet. How many people live in one house? Can we take down the wall and change it back to closets?
Did someone say a "Public" toilet in a "Private" residence??? 🤔 Only in Tanzania....Africa where you find the public is welcomed into private homes as visiting "Guests"! '😎😉😶
@@ngamaizinzi3987 It is referred to as a "GuestToilet/washroom"...for visiting guests! "Public toilet" refers to toilet open to the public in "Public places" not in Private residence! If you are speaking a "foreign language"... try and speak it well Lost in translation..
Tanzania like other contries in africa is one of the most beautiful countries and the most peaceful one in africa....incomparable. You can come over so many times and enjoy as much as you want. But as for those properties you can only watch them on videos, you can't own one as a foreigner not even diaspora from tanzania. There are ather ways of owning them but you have to check it out.
i think you shoul register a company and the business can own it for you. it means the property will be registered under your company name and not your name. funny right? that's how it works here. Ask before you think of buying..
Great, Tanzania must have changed there visa status for foreigners the last time i was there it was only 90 days or with a business visa it was 2 years
You can own a house in Tanzania as a foreigner (1) start a company (2) your company can own land , house and many other assets (3) you own the company...case closed
hmmm.. Dar es Salaam.. aka Port of Peace. looking forward to your vids here. hopefully you'll go to Arusha then on to Mt. Kilimanjaro. A live video would be fantastic from there. best wishes, cheers. 🍻
as a person who's lived and originally come from a developing country, now living in the US, this is a very nice living space. i think the commentary and walkthrough could've been done better however.
We can't bring the west slave description to the Mother land what I mean is the sister said bedroom #1 and you kept saying "The Masters bedroom". It just felt strange how you just kept repeating that like you wanted her to know,"This is what we call it back in amerikkka. She's like "Who the hell is the maste"? Lol
I do not like the noise lol. I enjoyed Dar but much preferred being further out. I’m leaving London I don’t want to go to another “London”. Great apartment I’d just need a quieter more serene environment.
Of course if you think of it there is a point for not selling properties to foreigner or diaspora, but also a huge downside of this law. So much money from outside would have been pumped to the economy and boost money circulation. As for the Tanzania- diaspora how much skills, expertise, experiences and even forein money are left out that would have been brought home to support building up the country...but the low doesn't allow them to do so. They are also treated as foreigners. So guys you have got no chance or what so ever to own a property in Tanzania if you don't hold a Tanzanian passport. Sorry guys, that's the law....unless if it changes
I love that you distinguish & identify as "Man" not boy. This is an attractive little modern apartment with nice amenities. I wish that they would have a more mature, realistic understanding of buying real estate in Africa. 1 year is not always conducive for payment plans at this price point. The idea that the Diasporans are all Moneybags needs to stop.
+GoBlack2Africa : WOW Shalom, Salaam my Hebrew Yisraelite Brother of Zion. Look at the Hebrew word in the he name of those apartments...."SALAAM". 💋💗💞🥰🕎😍💖💕👄

@@abbeybadero5455 Tanzanian land lease arrangement is for 33 years , 66 years and 99 years after each period you have to renew your lease, which is not a problem...Theres also a Land tax (this is incredibly small amount) for your plot ,this depend on the size of your land.
There is a law that Foreigners cannot buy house on the main land Tanzania. Why this house would be different? I don't believe it. After you finish to pay, then you will find out that you never own any unit Lol

Excellent tour, GoBlack! I wanted to see some of those high rise apartments. Question: Do they have monthly HOA or Assessment fees for each unit? I assume there is a doorman?
Most apartment complexes like this will have a caretaker who is generally in charge of matters maintenance and a security personnel at the entrance. A standard monthly service charge fee may also be applicable to take care of common area utilities.
I understand the price is negotiable but I’m just trying to figure out how in the world do I plan to come home when I can’t afford to. I thank you for sharing but what I can afford is far from the asking price.
Absolutely beatifu apartment but foreigners and even diaspora are not allowed to own a property in Tanzania no matter how much meny you would want to bring to the country. Not even Tanzanian diaspora are allowed to own. You can buy but you cant own it. If you get married your Tanzanian spouse will own the property and when the marriage ends up you will have to sell the property and go back to your country unless if you dump your nationality for the Tanzanian one. That's the pain fact. Unless the law changes. So please foreigners and diaspora dont even think of buying those properties. You cant own it ....by the law.

Brother tells them that is real pure red wood good quality everywhere in Africa you can find it, Here in the west, it is reserved for the billionaires.
+GoBlack2Africa : I see many Afrikan Diaspora videos on Afrikan Housing videos but l have one question why don't anyone seem to love Bath 🛁 Tubes over there....?? I seem many videos like this one and not many with Soaking Bath 🛁 Tubs. 😭😭
Generally, bath tubs are not an attractive option for builders for mid-level projects like the one seen here. Most buyers at this level will not fret about it either. You are more likely to see them in larger family homes. Check out videos on higher-end homes. Its a hard sell without one.
The reason why we dont have bath tubs is because we consider them 'old school' and takes a lot of space and also the weather is tropical not ideal to have baths hence most new buildings have shower cubicles and not baths.
Brother GoBlack2Africa, this is your African brother from Ghana/Togo. Thanks you always for the good job. Would you mind if I have the contact info of Sister Jacqueline?
GOBLACK 👋 I think back now 40yrs always seeing the mothers holding dying babies the children so weak that couldn't or wouldn't swat a fly from their faces. I realize this is a thought they wanted embedded into the thinking of society but mainly into the ones they felt would wakeup one day! I remember knowing they had my skin tone but thought myself so far removed that Amerikkk has always been my ancestors place and those people way over there have HAVE NO INTERESTS OF MINE! I FEEL SO DUPE TO VKME YO THE REALIZATION THAT THOSE ARE MY PEOPLE AND THE BLACK AMERICANS ARE JEWISH AND WE CAN FIGHT OVER WHAG PART ALL DAY LONG! BLA?CKS ARE NOT CHINESE! NOT ARAB!ARE NOT WHITE!ETC CHOOSE YOUR FIGHT AND STICK WITH IT! I must go ! This I know🤭
Ive been to Tanzania & kenya! Yes beautiful apartment but Tanzania has a serious inflation problem there money is not worth much! Majority women that i met there will expect you take care of them or you else your not getting any attention from them! Kenya by far is the better country!
