Thank you for educating me/us about the history of the word TANZANIA which stems from the words Tanganyika and Zanzibar. I had forgotten my history....From +254

I feel so nostalgic watching this vlog as I was born in Uganda and I realise how we took it for granted the lush green landscape with rolling hills and tropical flora and fauna. Now I cherish it more and more and missing it. Also listening to Swahili which we grew up with is nice to hear.. Lake Tanganyika is the deepest crater lake. You are the only blogger on a tricycle so you are capturing the beauty of Africa at an eye level hence makes it realistic. You must be somewhere in Zambia by now.

Kino will always hit a last nail in the coffin. Thank u for appreciating Burundi. African countries are not that poor the way western media rates them using GDP per Capita. GDP per Capita is not applicable in Africa simply bcoz in Africa people have their land , grow their own food and have raw materials to constructing houses without spending alot. Much of our natural resources are not commercialized and so are not captured in commercialized GDP, almost for all African countries which is different in Europe and west where everything is commercialized starting from accomodation, housing, food and everything. In many African countries one can survive well without spending a single dollar for a week

Ethiopia has Standard Gauge railway, so many electric generation dams, a profitable and big airline, so many big airports e. t. c, that gives it higher GDP, remember Ethiopia is about to complete a mega electric generation dam on blue Nile called Grand Ethiopia Renaissance dam, it will be the biggest in africa, funded by themselves no aid from China or imperial Europe.
