Absolutely. Im recovered now, not that I was ever as sick as some, I was still sick. And I WOULD have swallowed tapeworms. Whenever the thoughts come back I listen to this song, the start feels like understanding and acceptance which then leads to the last verse which is exactly what I need to feel better and get back out of the thoughts again

This song means a lot because most people don't talk about these topics that people actually struggle with I absolutely love your band and your voice is just so soothing and your music makes me feel comfortable in my skin and know I'm not alone and when I found your band last year listening to little jars of blood I was blown away because your voice is just so unique and I can not wait for future projects from you anyway that's all from me I just wanted to let you know how much you helped me from a really dark place in my life and keep doing what you do think you so much Bowie.

The validation this song gives me is skshsj How I look and eating, and my weight and everything is something that I've spent the last 5 years struggling with. The entire time it's been something I didn't see an issue with and when I realized it was ive been hesitant to get better for many many reasons, but one of them being the inability to take control and feel worth it or pretty if I were to be better. And the end of this song is exactly where I'm trying to work towards, knowing that my body has gotten me through so much, and I may not be perfect and absolutely gorgeous but at least I'll be happy. This song came out at the perfect time. Thank you

Spent the early years of my life battling with an eating disorder and abuse of many kinds and suffering from cruel words etched into my brain by people i was supposed to be able to trust, ive been listening to this song since it came out and i recently got into therapy again and im working to overcome whats happened to me in my life and this song reminds me that its okay to eat, and that i deserve to feel good again, and that one day i will be able to truly be happy again and that i will one day, look at my body in the mirror and say again that i love every part of myself, scars and all. One day. One day at a time.

As someone who suffers body dysmorphia/ face dysmorphia and an ED (eating disorder), I love this song and it means so much to me. I listen to your music every time I feel bad about myself to know I’m not alone. You make me feel so much better and you have no idea. Then you reach your mid twenties and realize most people only see you for your appearance and worse, only care about that and no matter how "pretty" you are it won't make people see who you are as a person. Actually it gets worse cause then being pretty people will keep you around just for that.
