Good example for incorrect taping. You loose function of your finger and putting pressure on parts of your finger, which increase injury too. Please ask an physiotherapist, a doctor or someone who knows exactly how to tape fingers!
+Peter Knabl - This is a taping method to protect skin on the fingertip, It is NOT intended to prevent injury or to support the joints or connective tissue. Beth points out that you should not tape too tightly, so if you are experiencing “pressure on parts of your finger” you should re-tape your finger tip with a looser wrap. A doctor or physiotherapist should be consulted for taping for an injury, that is not the purpose of this video.
