Been waiting for this one, thanks so much. I love collecting Taylor darts, but it kind of ruins it that he is retired and seems to be using his gen 4 still.

Yeah I know what you mean, I kind of feel like that with a lot of the retired players darts that they still keep bringing out, I know Peter Wright has used a lot but Bobby George has had lots of models that he's never used, at least Peter Wright has at least used the ones he has out :)

Stems work with any darts, they are titanium with alloy tops which are replaceable, not sure I would say they are unbreakable though 😀

I love these darts. I own them and I put down my darts of 20+ years and throw with these exclusively. Love them!! I’m a front gripper and thank you for doing this!! Great review! P.S. I had the same issue of removing them from the board. They stick well!!

Nice darts, I have the Gen 1's and got some Gen 6's for Xmas, slightly slimmer design over the Gen1, my 3rd throw after trying them was a 180, so a good start!

Great review Darren had these about a month now ,put the intermediate shafts and no 2 flights ,fly so much better ,26gra, points seem to be holding up ,stiff to get out of board but after a week or so seem a lot easier ,costing on points comes off leaving a golden look , I'm a rear gripper hold the sand blasted area ,if it bothereds you the signature rubs off very quick ,but all in good dart and enjoying them.

Thanks mate and thanks for the feedback, I got my set when they first came out so not sure but I think the points I have will be the first batch they made, so hoping Target have improved them since then but still not overly fussy on the Swiss point system myself. The two darts I have tried so far though, these and the SP01 have been very nice darts :)

Ouch, guess its only a matter of when with these, I cant say for sure if they have improved them as no one knows if they have got the improved ones and still people are breaking them easily.

I think you hit it dead on the head some of those Taylor darts were weird some of them that look like a John Lowe Style with a real tiny short stem with a little bitty micro looking flight I have them they're in my collection just not throwable for me this Dart looks like something that just about anybody could use maybe change the flight this one actually looks like something that you could get the job done with front weighted I think a lot more people could use this.... thanks Darren another good review👍👍

I have to agree that I could not really throw them with those small flights. I kept the small shafts on them but added a regular sized flight. Much better. As right now I like the Swiss Points. I have found that I can try different points and experiment with different styles. Then was thinking about buying standard points for my other darts.

Swiss points have definitely improved. I've played with the same set now for six months, no breakages at all.

The brass ones are very thick but I have some 32g tungsten too, they throw well enough but still heavy and not good for my dodgy wrist.

Certainly build the biceps up trying pulling them darts out the board lol.The power was my fave player along with mvg so I might get a set of his from argos .Not that it'll make me play as good but the ones I've got I've had for ages & I think it's time for a change.Not sure which from his new darts range mvg has decided to use?

Target really do package the darts well. That is probably my least favourite of Taylor's darts. It's the shape I'm.not keen on. I also don't like the tiny flights but never the less a very good review. Cheers Darren.

Something different I’m in favour of the Swiss point Quiet like it tbh like the idea of a little tool to change the point however very pricy for the dart it’s self however Taylor’s always are keep up the good videos mags would say though you should of thrown the Taylor world match play limited edition darts they looked very good when reviewed

@@DartsReviewChannel cool. I just cannot get away with throwing a straight barrelled dart for some reason. When I throw they always slip out the back of my grip. I started using scalloped darts. Devon Peterson first. But now use perfect darts mustangs with custom flights and I love em. Been following your channel for a couple of years now and I not only love your content but you give sound advice. Cheers buddy
