OMG!!! This is so dope!! What a brilliant idea!! Shout out to the creative mind behind this idea and to the engineers!!! Please come to Huntsville, Alabama!!!! Thank u!!!
This is great for a fast fix for a party or wedding or something. But for a real manicure, there is a bottom coat, a top coat and decor if you want it. There is a hand massage and cuticle help and clipping and filing. Good idea in a pinch though.
It does not give manicures only polish and a human can polish a sull nail in 2 strokes not 30 circles Your nails will not last because u didnt get a true manicure so your cuticals will be shit but polish cute lol ill pass humans over A.I always
My wife is a Nail Tech and has done nails for 30+ years and said lol ok what about how long they last, we are not just nail painters we take care of your nails health and prep them and trim them and can make nail polish last 2 weeks until next visit. She uses a form and builds a nail not putting a tip on like 99% of nail techs.
Exactly. If you don’t touch the nail bed or cuticle how is the polish going to stay on longer than a day? People I’m sure don’t take this machine seriously. It’s a COVID-inspired Fever dream
my nails stay for 4 weeks ,they perfect! and no one of my clients will put finger in this machine. This machine are made for lazy women who trying to save money but will pay more in the and. Can be just for fun :)
The one hating here are the manicurist that losing their gigs. These eliminates too much charges at the nail salons. They expect too much tip too. I know someone, who is a manicurist made $8,000- $10,000 in tips a month. What the heck !
I hear they are beta-testing a "gender reassignment" machine in California. Located in the "Queer All Year" section of the store. It's not called "Clockwork" but it's close. Missing the "L"" of course.
How does the machine ensure proper hygiene practices between customers, as to not spread nail infection from one person to the next person? sounds like a $1 million payday for the first person getting an infection.
My guess from looking at here is that the cartridge is disposable, so there will be no cross person to person contact from the applicator tip. So no chance of nail infection being passed along that way. The rest of the machine will most likely have a UV sanitizer cycle between sessions for everything else.
You guys do know that they don’t use different brushes at the salon either, right?! Lol they touch the same brushes onto different fingers nails all day long! Lol 😂
I’d be impressed if it filed and cut around the cuticles as well cause my nails look like shit if I just put polish on. Also I think it would be better with all the colors already in the machine. Maybe even so you could mix colors and create a custom color. Having to do the cartridge seems weird
Typical newspaper sensationalized title. That is not a manicure. There was no trimming. Is The Dallas Morning News that petty and desperate for clicks?
@@QualityDoggo Good catch. I did not notice that earlier. But you would still think that the editor would have viewed the coverage to know that what the machine did, was not what the sign advertised. Sensationalizing is as well known to the "news" as is lighting to a Hollywood movie. There is one more possibility, that the machine also does trim nails. I don't mind being corrected, and in fact welcome it. For that I thank you. Have a good day.
Interesting, the article I read in the Dallas Morning News, made it a point to just title it as a machine that "paints your nails." And further emphasized in the article that it's not a "full manicure "
