As there is (as far as I know) no manual power trickler currently available to reloaders in the UK or Europe I've made this one - Not a new idea I know, but I've made a considerable effort to improve what was already a good product.
Arrived a week ago, it works brilliantly just what I needed, need one kernel get one kernel need heaps get heaps. Very happy great unit Allan thanks very much.
It looks fantastic, I am yet to get single kernel drops consistently and am getting tired of over trickling with my Lyman. Keep up the great work, your very skilled.
A really good system ! the vibrator measure really does give better control over small charges of powder, I made one many years ago linked up with a 30" drop tube for black powder loading, with the one you have built here the control is very find, one kernel at a time, will this work with your "better trickler", many thanks for your efforts on this design Alan, we just need to be able to get to the range and do some shooting now! Stay safe, Chris B.
Good to hear from you Chris - Hope you're keeping well. The problem I found with "other" vibro tricklers, they just didn't suit some powders at a set frequency - some powders at the standard set frequency just compacted down and stopped flowing. Being able to adjust the vibes to suit the powder and also being able to adjust the angle of the feed tube gives a much more adjustable feed system. (further development is in the pipeline :))
@@Targetmaster1066 Yes I think the frequency and feed tube angle are critical to get a consistent flow, the problem today is there are so many propellants that have different shape and mass, the tiny disk shapes being the worst to measure I find, (that could be a static issue), but I am sure you have found the answer here. All shut down here, but we do have plenty of land to shoot on! Stay Safe! Chris B.
Добрый день! Спасибо большое за видео.Очень нужный и полезный прибор для снаряжения патронов. Давно себе хочу такой купить,но у нас их нет.Молодец!!!С ув.Олег.
