Tarsnap is not practical for someone who knows very little about software or setting it up. I am in the site now and I can't figure out any of this. I don't even know how to get started. I just wanted to store my hard drive of 468 gigs, The website is meant for folks used to all this stuff. There's not even a phone number in the site to call for help OR information.
