Just because they didn't start screaming "Sir get down." With glocks out and 1000% aggression doesn't mean they're new. Just means their policing is different than yours.
I’m pretty sure this is a training video because every constable does something wrong: The car had too many officers to allow for transporting a suspect, None of them identified themselves as police, None of them radioed it in, The driver left the car, One misquoted the legislation, One escalated with threats and drew a weapon before identification, Two stood with their backs to a suspect of knife possession, Two gave conflicting orders, One cuffed a suspect without informing them of arrest.
1) There was another squad car off cameras. See the other cop pop it from the left? So there was only 3 people in the car, and it doesn't matter if they can transport or not. 2) it is clearly the police. 3) you have no idea who radioed it in while they were in the car. 4) "eScALaTeD WiTh tHrEaTs" is loser mentality.

But what about the officer standing to the sude of her? Apparently hes just as clueless. He stood there lookn stupid too but you aint guna being that up 😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅
thats because it's no longer about community policing instead it's now about control and they only get involved when they have control. That means only the law abiding get the stick while the rest of the city burns.
@SourCrossy so if you're walking down the street filming and you piss someone off and they report that you have a knife just to get back at you, the cops should just be able to run up and tase you, arrest you so you have to fight it in court which costs money or when they're forcing you to the ground they injure you. If your answer is to comply, well, you are the problem. You ALLOW tyranny for a FALSE sense of security.
It's in the UK, so she's not in the sort of danger she woud be in in the US, where lots of people carry deadly weapons. As you see, even the police have only tasers.
That's because she is one. She's the English standard model police woman. If you look at every police clip of England with a police woman in it you'll see her. They all look the same.
Major Margaret "Hot Lips" Hoolihan, the NPC. xD Sadly, it is probably smart to know the limits of your stature and not even begin trying to dominate these kind of confrontations.
They probably had it all mapped out on paper before they got there so she doesn't know how to act in real live situations like this one. Just think of them as NPC's
@@coreytheus4144She stood directly in front of the other person of interest and nobody had eyes, or hands on the guy. She was walking around looking totally clueless, with her hands by her waist and ultimately endangering everyone involved in the incident. Both the cops and the suspects. You get everyone inside the perimeter under control, for their own safety as much as the police officers, and then you figure out who everyone is and what their deal is.
@@coreytheus4144It's also worth noting that she represents the most vulnerable person in the scenario, by virtue of her physical nature... Well, except for maybe the guy who has the taser pointed at him. But if she gets grabbed, you better believe that's going to draw all eyes that direction and that potentially leaves the main suspect without adequate force directed at him.
@@coreytheus4144 How? She was meant to deal with that guy in the jeans with his face fully covered. Instead she just stands there, doing absolutely nothing with her back turned towards him. Apparently they seen him trying to hide a "knife" But when they searched him and his friend they had nothing even close to one.. safe to say the cops were very stupid
They don't carry guns, only trained firearms police carry guns , the tazer is only allowed by trained officer's. This one is likely to be asked to retrain. Unlike the US we don't shot first ( especially black suspects)

The woman police officer has absolutely no situational awareness. She was stood with her back to a man wearing a mask and backpack for about 5 seconds. Plenty of time to take a knife in the back.

To be able to use someone in the UK you have to be able to show suitable financial impact of some kind. Being detained by the police under suspicion of a crime for a few hours is not something you can claim for. If they suspect someone is in possession of a weapon then that can take action to protect themselves like using a taser, in this instance the taser was there to act as a deterrent or to incapacitate the suspect in case a weapon is drawn. The suspects here looked to respond calmly to the situation so nothing really happened. So what can they use for?
Spoken like someone who hasn't seen thing go from 0 to fooked up in no time at all... I'd much prefer two masked guys having a car pull up and the reason given for their search given clearly so they can find out what else they might have and what else they might be up to

And we wonder why no one has any respect for the police. I once had a group of police come into my house as a foster kid who was living with us was accused of a large array of crimes he did commit. However he was 17 and I was 14. So the police arrested a 14 year old who was still in his school uniform. I guess they thought someone who finished school a year ago just kept wearing it XD. They even had a picture of him and I looked nothing like him, almost total opposite facial features. They even asked me if I had ID😂 What 14 year old has any form of ID😂. Also they knocked and when I opened the door they just walked in, 4 of them, they werent in uniform and didnt say who they were so from my perspective 4 people just barged into my house. That could get some very violent reactions. This was the day I realised the police are just a bunch of morons who are shit at their job.

@thetom12395 Which one? Three exited the car, one in the street in the first shot came across to handcuff. Was there the spirit of a guardian copper? It worries me that we send these young people out with such poor training into a potentially deadly threat.
It's almost like an officer saw the guy supposedly concealing a knife and they focussed on him then detained lesser threats after that was dealt with you know like we saw and heard in the video
Mate of mine's son works as a copper in London. They were doing an operation at a London station detecting knives & other weapons with some new type of scanning kit. A group of Bl+ck kids walked through the machine & it lit up like a Christmas tree. They apprehended the kids & put them up against a wall. Immediately other members of _that_ community got out phones to film what they no doubt considered was police "racism." First kid had a 12" machete & various knives. Next kid had knives & a gun. The phones started to go down & the people walking off. The guy's son actually said to them - *_"Why are you stopping filming?"_* 😠
So one clown hops and twitches around with a taser pointed at one of the desperate terror suspects, while the girl wanders aimlessly about and stands casually with her back to the other. A force to be proud of and no mistake.
This is probably more fake crap to make the police look bad. Or maybe we just don't have enough context here and the camera guy could have a weapon he refuses to show on camera.
Why? Clear and concise verbal commands, relevant legislation conveyed to the suspects, decent deployment of the taser and additional officers remaining behind it. Their only real demerit is that they suffered some initial tunnel vision and zeroed in on the main suspect without minimising the threat of the additional. Quickly rectified, no harm done, cab be resolved during training.
Because there's not a great deal to be threatened by. Odd stabbing, rare shooting. Most of the time it's just a yob or someone who's had a bit too much drink...
