I was blown away the first time I had Kaiseki in Japan. After the experience, I felt so fortunate to be alive and grateful for my friend's parents for introducing the wonderful food to me. ありがとう ございます

If there was ever a food heaven on earth, Japan for me is definitely it. I could be happy eating any number of their amazing dishes for the rest of my life and never grow tired. That meal in Kyoto should be on any foodies bucket list. Simply amazing.

I miss Anthony so much man. Hearing the narration brought back so many memories. Can’t wait to go to Japan and experience the food and culture myself.

_Kaiseki_ cuisine is one of those that you can only enjoy in Japan and now that the dollar is stronger, it's more accessible to ordinary folks.
