: @ 4: 50 , When the madam stated there is also Chocolate Dosa available here and instantly the Boss said Aiyooo ! I belong to that Aiyyoo category as well :) Wonderful Video Kripal, I miss those Vada pav my all time favorite was at Vashi sector 31 next to the complex . keep rocking :)
Good afternoon dear Kripal - Sorry for my delayed comment as I was busy savouring a thorough fare South Indian meals with my Dad - My usual Sunday lunch fare with Dad 👍 Still can’t believe you were in Mumbai on an impromptu tour and rue the fact that I couldn’t meet you . Anyways there’s always a next time 👍 Back to your Vlog - I am sure you have fond nostalgic memories and you have an elephant memory for sure 👍 The owner of Anand VP is from Thirunalveli and usually I converse with him in Tamil . You will find him near the Soda Pub area . This is an iconic place for VP and Grill Sandwich 🥪 Nothing to displace a VP of Mumbai though the Numero Uno Vada Pav is Ashok Vada Pav near Kirti College . Your friend Tushar is speaking your lingo “ Medley of flavours” 😅 True that Mumbai is synonymous with Vada Pav ( no one could beat Mumbaikars of our Ladhi Pav ) , Grill Sandwich and Pav Bhaji 😋😋 The genie Dosa is similar to Cheese Mysore Masala Dosa with a dash of Schezwan chutney and spring onions and Anand‘a GD is simply fab 👍 There’s also a Chaat centre ( Sharma’s) , diagonally opposite BIG B’s Bungalow and his Chaats are drool-worthy 👍 No wonder you find fans all over India 🇮🇳 That’s a decadent yet delectable monstrosity of a Grill Veg Cheese Sandwich - true explosion of flavours 😋😋 Tushar Desai and Darshika were truly good with their explanation of the flavour profile ( Tushar for the flavour and Darshika for dissection of the ingredients ) 👍👍 The Green chutney has to be a tad spicy else you won’t have that wholesome flavour which would otherwise be subdued by the potato and cheese 🧀 The candid truth of the Vada Pav lies in the Potato masala batter , ladhi Pav , green chutney and the tamarind- date chutney with the quintessential Ghati masala ( garlic based ) ! Oh cool so the owner of the next VP stall explained about the genie Dosa which I already commented. We always get our Malai Paneer , Curd and Lassis from Punjab Sindh 👍👍 You will love all their flavour Lassi - It will definitely give the Amritsari Lassi a run for its Money - Glad Sree enjoyed the Lassi 👍Tushar certainly is qualified to be your script writer 😀😀 True that Kripal - PS’s Malai Paneer certainly resembles the finest Ricotta cheese 🧀 Thoroughly enjoyed this Mumbai Vlog 👍👍 Mumbai Aamchi Praan Bhau 🙏🙏🙏 Fabulous Vlog indeed ! Take care , stay safe and God bless 👍👍🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️❤️
A group of friends on an adventure like this is awesome to experience. It reminded me how much I missed that with friends and family. Though we visited many places around India, you have given ideas on how to make it more memorable than before. Regards to Kripal and Shree.
He also speaks very good Marathi. be Watch some of his videos from last year. I think he comes from the coastal areas of Karnataka, where Konkani is spoken. Most Konkani speakers can easily grasp Marathi and Hindi.
Tushar was surprisingly a brilliant food critic, it was interesting to listen to him. @Kripal you should collab with Tushar atleast for one vlog in the Food lovers Tv.
Nicely covered all time favourite Mumbai Vadapav and that’s NM college Vadapav 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 Thank you for visiting Mumbai, keep coming here and Happy Eating!!😊
This is the best vlog .... Mumbai buttery vadapav...😋 Grilled veg sandwich......😋 Lassi.....😋 Anna you know tulu, kanadda,Marathi, Malayalam & your friend is gujju, you speak Gujrati super. Love this ♥️.
OMG!! I am Mumbaikar now settled in Bangalore. Glad that you've visited Anand Vadapav. So many memories and food there. Vadapav, Sandwich and dosas specially Genie dosa.
No city can be compared to mumbai...me too a mumbaiker...lived across three cities but the level of energy one is infused with once you land in mumbai is out of the world
Hi, i on and off used to see your video. Now i have started following regularly. You surely don't need a script writer cos you seem to be a master of many languages and your conversation is so genuine..Started loving your channel
The owner of Punjab Sindh dairy is a passionate bike collector. He has a huge fleet of bikes and all bikes in yellow. Swaranjit Bajaj is the owner of Punjab Sindh dairy. I am glad you came to Mumbai Kripal 🙏
Seeing this VP's mouth water even in dreams and as a Food explorer, you find so many little gems where ever you go. Sir, you must make a Mumbai series, and when people start to recognize you the hospitality and friendliness are in abundance.
The Vada Pav's of Kirti College, Krishna Vada Pav Dadar (W), Hotel Prakash (Shivaji Park), Hotel Mama Kane (Dadar Station W) have no comparison. They are the best of All
A very very famous place... Mithibai... Anand dosa, sandwich, vadapav.. 7 bungalow area... Mouthwatering.. U have reminded of my mumbai days.. Various vadapavs - at small chelas ( fresh hot vadapav for 5-6 rs) , anand vadapav, ashoka vadapav, shivsena vadapav, jumbo king.. Tasty bombay sandwiches at road side and sandwizza.. Then mumbai dosas... Yummy buttery pav bhajis, anna vala idly vada in the morning, chacha ka poha, misal pav / usal pav.. Tamil annas poori sabji... Bhels/ moori/ sing valachat, anna poha & upma...dabeli.....Man.. It was a feast of falvors esp veg street food.
Amazing I'm a foodie but regret not making a career as a food critic. Love love Indian food, born and brought up in Mumbai speak Hindi Gujarati Marathi fluently. So in awe that Kripal can speak Gujarati and Hindi so fluently. Kuddos to you.
One thing is reminded all time when kripal sir visits a food spot , many foodlovers spotted on foodlovers tv channel..all the way from udupi to Mumbai..no matter about the distance , but favours and food ..
Mumbai's vibrant dish Vada paav and Kripalji enjoying Two Iconic meetings ..nice to see Madam and the Guests of yours ..Thats Kripalji for Food Lovers whenever he visits its tempting to have the dishes 👍
The bad thing abt this is that I see all Kripal's videos at midnight. Even though i had dinner the cravings immediately make my stomach growl and i have no other option other than drinking water and sleeping 🙄😂
I was in Mithibai in erstwhile Bombay in early 90s. Anand Vada pav was amazing.. Now it's a novelty but using butter and cheese.. Nothing beats the original. Mithibai canteen had the best samosa and paper masala dosa.. Today you reminded the Frankie too used to be at princely amount or Rs 10 for chicken Frankie
Beauty of Mumbai - we saw kannadiga , Gujarati , Bihari , Punjabi … However missed Marathi .. Would love to see Marathi eatery in your next Mumbai episode sir 😀😀
Please do a Mumbai food series sir. I believe no one would know Mumbai food as well as you since you grew up there. In fact if you have done such a top class series in Bangalore (which became your second home), one can imagine how great the Mumbai food series will be 👍
Hope to someday, Srinath, explore different delicious 😋 facets of Mumbai. And Sanjay, for the record, I lived in Mumbai 22 years through school, college and my early career. 🙂🙏
@Kripal sir after watching this one I believe that it's now time for you to explore Mumbai food on gourmet on the road as can't wait to see you savour these dishes....Hats off for creating many food vloggers around it has made so many people who accompany you also talk about texture and quality of food
You're attracting people on the streets of Bangalore as well as Bombay too, since you had studied there. You're a genius in South Indian Street food Adventure...
Try some quaint traditional Marathi places in Girgaum / Thakurdwar. There used to be a Tambe Upahar Griha which os probably called Sujata or something like that.
Next time u can also try their Mayonnaise grilled sandwich which is my favourite. U can also try their best seller- Jini dosa. Other dosas to try are Paneer chilly Dosa, pizza dosa, pasta dosa. U are at a place where there are a lit of street food options nearby like Amar juice centre for masala pav, pav bhaji, tawa pulav and juices.Bajaj Road Khau gali for sandwich, Frankie, dosas, chaat and malai gola. Juhu Chowpatty is also an option to try out some street food like pav bhaji, Chinese, chaat, gola. If u wish to try out some non veg food then do visit Gajalee( available at various locations) for sea food. U may also continue the trend of South indian food by visiting Hotel Ramashray for onion rawa masala dosa, podi idli, sheera and Madras cafe for set dosa served with white butter and tuppa dosa, podi upma and filter coffee both at Matunga. Sardar at Tardeo for pav bhaji, Sukh sagar for idli chutney, pav bhaji and masala milk. Bademiyan for non veg at Colaba. Have a good stay at Mumbai 👍
@@KripalAmannaVlogs sir you have to visit ghatkopar orginal sai swad dosa by Mr. Reddy. It's mind blowing. Many street food outlets in Ghatkopar, Dadar, Borivali Sadly they don't use Amul butter at Anand vadapav they use Britannia butter.
Sir in few years you will get a rockstar welcome any where you go, because of your great interpersonal skills and ability to make friends from strangers too. It's always a delight watching the show.
You mentioned about tibbs Frankie outside mithibai science college and made my day. Around 30-32 years back, veg Frankie was Rs 7, Egg Frankie Rs.8 , Chicken Frankie was Rs. 10 and Mutton was Rs.11 or Rs.12. Yummmmm.
I am quite shocked by the fact that you all visited anand stall and didnt have their dosas, especially gini dosa and pizza dosa... They're quite famous for dosas
Kripal sir whenever u visit different states u try to speak with them in their regional language I know u know very well Marathi Waiting for that Marathi moment from u खात रहा हासत रहा
Anand Vada Pav had actually added few fusions in vadapav but still classic vadapav without butter and a piece fried green chilli is my personal favorite. Next time around when ever you visit Mumbai pls do visit Ashok Vada Pav at Dadar opposite Kirti College. As far as Punjab & Sindh we will surprise to know that it has 3 branches in Kandhivli East also that too is in within 2 Km range. And May have few more in West also.
I loved the video it's amazing & I loved the food as well. I enjoy eating out last week i found a place in India serving delicious & mouthwatering food check this video link ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-4a5jjI6DrJ8.html
Young is a state of mind .unfortunately metabolism shows the age Is the onion still raw or slighty heated after grilling ? There are so many places you have visited that i and probably others from abroad would love to visit. Can you PLEASE add google map location to your video information so i /we can save as "want to go" because sometimes it is hard to find on maps due to the name only in Hindi or it doesnt exist on maps etc . It would really be a super help to us . You have inspired me to visit many of these places .. thank you.
When u come next time to Mumbai do visit gajanan vada pav at thane. And lassi at kailash lassi at dadar. And most imp I wud like to meet u when u come to mumbai pls inform me about ur visit to mumbai

Pav is from Portuguese, Vada or Bada is common in India....as the taste, mix of masalas keeps changing from place to place So Vada Pav dosent belong to one place ..Happy Eating 😋 yummy
Vada paav is my favorite till date, especially the Mumbai, Andheri west, i dont remember exactly but it must AHURA Bakery near to Andheri railway station, i studied my high school at SRWS high school, run by the tamilians around Andheri, your coverage is a nostalgia to me
Thank you Kripal, For taking us back to our college memories, especially for folks who miss Mumbai a lot. We studied in Bandra, yet would frequent Mithibai to have the Anand Wada Pav and Gini Dosa. I make it a point everytime we got to Mumbai to go to Jai Sandwich (Cheese Masala Toast) , Anand Dosa, Amar Juice Center (Pav Bhaji) and Aditi Fast Food inside NM College Canteen.
The owner of Punjab & Sind is seen in Mumbaiker Nikihils vlogs. Swaran Singh Bajaj. The paneer, malai paneer, curd, Misti dahi are all available on Big Basket .
