I love your combination of seasoning with vegetables. It is so nutritious except for the amount of oil you use. I hope to make a version of this dish sautéing with vegetable broth to eliminate the added oils. Thank you so very much for your inspiration.

This is the same as Indian aalo gobhi curry and prepared in almost every house. We prepare it almost every 2 days and eat it with chapati or Daal and Rice..
Can this dish be made without the oil sonics way less calories. Will a splash of water still cook the dish. I don't need the fried texture. I'd appreciate your response and even a new vid of an oil or other fat free aloe gobi dish. Thanks.
