1 Medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
1 Medium Red onion, peeled and sliced
1 Tbs Garlic, chopped
1 Tbs Coriander
1 Tsp Cumin
1 Tsp Turmeric
1/2 Tsp Chili powder
1 cup Frozen peas
1/2 bunch cilantro for cooking and garnish, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
