And now this video, are enough or final nale on the coffin! A Big No to Tata !

I bought the Punch EV too few months back but never faced any problem. I’m sure it will be fixed soon.

Agr manufacturing nhi hori toh order kyu le rhe the and jo upper variant h vo seedha 1 lakh plus h MX3 automatic petrol Due to majboori hume upper variant lena pda Or usme b ye bolte h ki km se km 25000 ki accessories compulsory h mtlb no choice. Kuch km krwa k 10000 ki krwai and after that they are saying sir aap pehle payment kr do gaadi do teen din baad aayegi. 12 lakh ki kuch toh kadar kro bhyi. After that humne bola pehle showroom gaadi toh dikha do hum uss din payment kr denge. There Branch manager was like agr aapse pehle kisi or ne payment kr di toh hum ye use dedenge. Mtlb customer ki koi value nhi h.. Jitna mrzi hum inhe promote krle pr inhi harkaton se ye peeche reh jayenge. Mahindra work on it

Tata's service is pathetic, we have a Punch ev Empowered + LR currently at 9700kms as well, some issues are there and they dont resolve the issues thats the main thing.

Jab tak Ratan TATA sir hai TATA companies tab tk hi iske baad jis hisab se TATA ko upar baithe south indian "saar" adhikari chala rahe hai bhagwan hi malik hai.

MG ZS EV Base model is a far better deal than this (or any other tata car).

Simply ek iron ya steel chain lgao jo road se contact m rahe . Earthing se connect karke. Ye transistor ka issue h. Voltage difference kam ho rha h isiliye itni dikkat h. Service centre walo ne koi washer ya nut lagaye nahe h earthing wala. Or body se connect kar diye h earthing or neutral dono ko.

You can buy Tata cars if you fulfill 2 criterias: 1. You personally know/have good relation with service center guy 2. You are extremely lucky. If you fail to fulfill any one of these two criteria then say bye bye to Tata.

I had a very bad experience with Zedex Tata. The dealership never updates the customer’s mobile number and email until a welcome message is received. This means that customers cannot raise any concerns or complaints related to the dealership, purchase or handover experience. Once the welcome call is sent, one of the dealer’s employees takes the call and only then updates the customer’s details. Even this happens only after the customer has raised multiple requests, sometimes up to 10 times. I totally agree with him. who have had similar experiences?

I have punch cng adventure model purchase on Dec 2023 and run almost 15k but not a face single problem, dealership are good , but product is really awesome, I love that I purchased Tata punch because my other friends has purchased fronx and one small accident all front bumper crash and Bonet had some dents. So what ever you purchase tata , Mahindra or any other brand but must buy safe car atleast 😅

after owning tata nexon after 1.5 yrs i can say existing owners should sell there car and buying tata motor shares instead.. not satisfied with the service at all.

I recently bought tiago cng, and my first service experience was pathetic. Bakwaas kabhi bhi tata ki gadi nhi lena vala free bhi mile tabhi bhi. Planning for sale only one month old car. They sell a tough body in comparison to maruti suzuki. That's it engine is the worst finish is worst and most important services centers are terrible.

I have TATA Punch CNG accomplished. and completed 10000 kms. Problems are started 1. Fule lid is not opening 2. Wipers rattling noise started 3. Brakes become worst in rain. 4. Mobile to connection with wire not working. 5. Voice commands key not working. Lights are lower intensity. List is big. 10 lakhs cost is very high. And too much cost cutting. No. Hill hold assist in to models. Base model is more vale for money. After market modification is better i think. Dont waste money in top model. I was thinking to buy breeza cng base model that would be best choice rather purchasing top model of punch CNG.
