Yes ..but no one can deny that TATA has taken a huge leap in last couple of years in terms of Interior styling and equipments..Though exterior is not yet pleasing... for ZEST and BOLT.. Happy to see how they took the design of ARIA and made this amazing bold HEXA... also NEXON is on lead.. waiting for the launch of these both SUV/Crossover.
looks like TATA is on to a winner and the HEXA looks fab ...I am gonna book one in automatic ...Good job TATA ... keep up with quality and there is no reason why TATA can't be a the next Toyota or Nissan or honda of the world #BEINDIANBUYINDIAN
***** If the quality of what TATA is producing now is dreaming then you certainly prefer not to accept the facts bud. Where TATA was and where it has come to post Tiago and now Hexa is fantastic. Yes it's a long road ahead .And if Tata keeps improving and are consistent with their quality and design - sky is the limit ...Remember Toyota / Honda/ Hyundai - their journey too started off somewhere...
TATA cannot be the next Toyota or Nissan....when Nissan are not that good either...2.2 liter......is the same engine they use from 1999 and there are no changes to that.....what is the safety rating..?? usually Toyota comes with 6 star safety rating ...TATA does not have airbags or collision detection......you think these are going to make the car more expensive nooooooooo....these features are provided for freeeee for most of the good auto manufactures...in the world....TATA simply dont think its necessary or the there is no regulation from the govt.......TATA may become Toyota but may be after 1000 years..
a winner? oh dear.... yes it may be a step up from what they normally produce but it is far from competitive with the Japanese and Korean competition. The styling is a mess, it doesn't know if it wants to be an MPV or an SUV, then there's the poorly designed third row of seats that can't even lay flat to give a proper load space in 5 seater mode. And that manual gearbox looks dreadful to operate... I felt sorry for the reviewer when I saw her try to get into reverse. Once TATA can make a vehicle with purposeful and globally acceptable styling, and have proper seating and mechanicals, then maybe it'll be ready for the global market... but for now, even with this new vehicle, TATA will be a failure anywhere outside of India
I'm already a owner of tata suv and currently owning it, and i must say the quality of both interior and exterior is way above then what people's can expect. TATA has just defined a new segment . it's way above safari storme.
Hello All . I own an XTA version of HEXA and have currently clocked 10000KM in this beautiful tank..yes its a might beast as you feel safe in its tough build quality. Please note that if you are only seeing the brand name and not the quality then this is not your piece of cake. I must say TATA has done an absolutely wonderful job in this car, every minute detail has been take care.If you are thinking about the post service you should not worry all you have to do is raise and complain through their app and tata motors will call you until the dealer has resolved the issue, even the slighest issue like car washing not done correctly was taken care of. Before i brought this car I did a test drive for all cars and found this worth. Please note this review has not been written for any financial gain but its always good to appreciate good things The only things which needed improvement was -- Large screen info display -- A bit powerful front windshield spray -- Inbuilt navigation rather than connecting your mobile Cheers!!
Damn, Tata has really stepped up its game recently. This is a huge improvement as far as Indian cars go. I can definitely see Tata competing with European and Japanese cars in a decade.
Proud to be an indian as this suv is superb feat of MADE IN INDIA outperform every segment of competitors that want to come close to it . THANK YOU TATA FAMILY FOR BUILDING SUCH SUPERB VEHICLE FOR US.
Before Scorpio People had negative vibes about mahindra and their cars. After Scorpio things changed. Then they kept on giving us XUVs XYLOs etc etc. And today they are one of the biggest carmakers in the automobile world. As for tata let's not forget when Indian automobile was not advanced like suzukis, hyundai hondas they dared to give us indica, they became the first full fledged car makers in india. And in the past dominated the sectors with estate, sierra and safari, sumo. This brand even bought fiat , jaguar and landrover. All I say is let's give them a chance. I really want to see Tatas and mahindra dominate.Let's not criticize. and support them. They have failed in the past. That doesn't mean they 'll fail always. As for hexa its Automatic Transmission is good and they need to work on manual version. Let this car establish its own individuality in the auto market. All the best tata motors.
Awesome car from Tata motors. I am also waiting for nexon. But this is surely going to make a good statement in SUV car segment. Great going Tata engineers. All the best for future endeavours.
Took the test drive of Hexa automatic variant superb ride quality and refinement achievement by Tata finally a xuv500 and innova crysta challenger beats both car .Does not like manual transmission much.
I have a Tata Nexon and I met with an accident with a truck from drivers side.. and then I got to know the superb build quality given by TATA,. Only dent was there and we were all safe inside the car... Dent on the driver gate by 16 Tyre Truck this is something which is unbelievable the impact was so high, I was in tolls line and truck pushed me out of the line...
arun pandiyan I guess it would be priced in the range of the xuv i.e 13-18 lacs . I personally think It's better than the xuv . The cheetah is gonna be in trouble.
I am waiting for it for nine months Now Tata is going to release Tata hexa, oh it is not hexa it is Tara's excitement . I am feeling happy . I am going to book Tata hexa 4x4 manual on Nov 1st in Salem True sai works
I have 5 of XUV's very near around me.... One Crysta, 2 of Scorpio, Bolero and Safari(both Storme and the earlier one)... and as i am seeing The Looks are just Refined and Beautiful not pnly with Exterior but Interior is also bigger spacious and beautiful compared with that of XUV. Crysta is awesome and Interiors are Nice and Spacious... but it lacks because of 4X4 and Off-Roading Skills... while Xuv 5OO has no added space when you have 7 passengers + Luggage. I read many People are saying that looks are similar to Nissan Murano so my saying is that "Just go to see a ophthalmologist... and Check your Eyes with... BTW... When Nissan Terrano launched no one make hype that it's a copy of a Duster or vice-versa. Actually we people can't accept our product of Global Quality.
99k views within before 24 hours for a Tata car? Things have changed I guess! :D This car is not the best but you'll always get what you pay for. Looks are subjective to ones perception and understanding so no point in arguing about that. But looks like the engine and ride quality is good. The features are good too. But I still have a feeling that people would still not buy it already. The space in the last row is a problem in every MPV and this is looks like no exception. Just my opinion. I actually love Tata cars (Zest, Tiago, Nexon for the looks and obviously the Hexa) :D. Cheers!
*Tata Hexa is best car under 20 lacs. It offers great torque & engine displacement. Also it's material quality and comfortability is top notch. It also offers 4x4 capabilities. It's 100 times better than that ugly overrated Innova Crysta !!*
Now, no doubt it is a big leap for TATA with the new HEXA. The vehicle looks very promising and upmarket. Given the fact that these 2 ton behemoths are generally good for highway drives at higher speeds apart from city driving of course. I am surprised that all these years for any of the bigger cars none of the Indian test reviews have performed a Moose Test. It is all the more important for these high off the ground cars. I feel that is a very important aspect of testing a SUV.
It Was Good that Homardz and you were in the TATA Car. Normally Auto shows on Indian Channels give Step motherly treatment to the TATA and and now when the company is trying its best to come up the challenge your honest Review will help it boost up and be a Winner for sure. Thanks for reviewing the TATA brand (AKA MADE IN INDIA)
looks like an amazing vehicle now tata needs to look at the tiny details like the folding seats and yes tata sales and service points needs to take a quantum jump but anyhow good to have tata back in the game after tiago hexa looks like a car i would consider while shopping for a new car
Superb review as always. Thumbs up for that. About TML they put lot of resources in Hexa & produced awesome looking MPV. Hope it will take some of the market share of Innova Crysta. Best of Luck TML for their Attempt.
Over all a fantastic car designed by Tata group of automobiles. By the weight of the car, we can definitely figure out that the built quality of the car is great. just hoping that the pricing is done keeping in mind the New innova and XUV500. Comparatively, feature wise at par with XUV500 but better than New Innova but quality is better than both it's rivals. Best of luck TATA.
Whooo... Hormazd is ur chauffeur for this drive... He he... Kidding... Nice video... I think Tata should have made the front end look like a SUV... it would have complimented the rear well which looks like Pajero Sports...
Sourav Mondal hexa automatic ya manual. i have driven both but automatic i left it is leaving road grip on speed breaker and rough road vibration are felt in cabin but in manual i dont feel. is my observations correct.
Hexa is the best version from TATA that's what we realised. There is a common tendancy of ignorance when we compare indian car make with international companies. But after JLR inclusion we see TATA Tigor Tata Zest Tata Tiago are competing well ahead. Hexa is a strong competitor for hexa and thats why we see Innova touring sport released with siomilar features to that of Hexa. Good going TATA... Keep it up.
If this beast is a hit it will encourage all other car companies to make Big Size SUVs in the same range as in terms of size there is XUV 500, Scorpio, Safari Storme, Innova n rest are all Compact SUVs like Creta, Duster, which cannot compete with this car in terms of size
Guys do you all of those Toyota, Suzuki, Hyundai and all of those stupid Chinese products are lagging behind in suspension systems!!! We don't feel any comfort in them but hats off to tata..... Tata is much ahead of them
none of them are chinese 😂😂 toyota and suzuki are from japan, hyundai from south korea.. typical response!! just buy any product which best serves your purpose! it is for the companies to provide the best vehicle in every segment
