Dear, We are the esteemed customer of Tata Motors more than last one decade starting from Tata Sumo, Safari, Safari Storm and now Hexa. We are also having 4 Heavy vehicles of Tata make. This is regarding the sad state of experience we have faced regarding Tata Hexa. Sir, I bought Tata Hexa (XT 4X4) with Chassis no- MAT614169HRA00332, Engine No - VARICOR07PTYJ19828 & vehicle registration no - MH03CM6161 in February 2017. In first three months, its performance was up to the mark. However, in the month of June, front left-side wheel of my vehicle (its disc) got bent. I got it repaired at Tata authorised service centre Wasan Motors located at Govandi, Mumbai. There I got my front wheels replaced with new one in warranty. In the next month, I suffered the same problem with lot of vibration of staring during driving. At that time service centre replaced the front Tyre with rear one but problem was not solved. Further, in the last month, vibration is increased both. I have reported this with my vehicle at Wasan Motors Service Center Govandi, Mumbai and its founded that front disc which was last time swap with rear got bent. But they are not agreeing to do the needful. Instead they are saying that their earlier service is still not looked after by Tata motors & they are denying doing the needful. When contacted to Insurance Company. its representative is saying that there is manufacturing fault in your vehicle itself. Sir, I am very much fed up with this issue causing lot of harm to my both professional and personal life. I have been always a proud customer of indigenous Tata brand. But this time, I have got a very bad experience. So, I request you to please do the needful as early as possible or refund me 100% of my money spent for buying this vehicle. I have an xta model if hexa, my brake pedal moves a lot left right direction..service station says its normal but i remember didnt happen when it was new,Can any other owner let me know if they face same issue
I occasionally wanna use this vehicle with family, mostly 3 to 4 times in a month for 500 to 600 kms every drive. I personally feel XE will serve my purpose. Should I go with it or should I go for XM or XT. Which varient suits me the best..
hexa automatic ya manual. i have driven both but automatic i left it is leaving road grip on speed breaker and rough road vibration are felt in cabin but in manual i dont feel. is my observations correct.
+Harshal Rane Sir Uber is offering some great return but it depends on many other things like regualrity in work and number of passangers every day but for most of time it is easily recoverable if you like HEXA to be used in UBER... go for it
if you are planning to buy the car on loan , don't think UBER or OLA can make you repay the loan thru their income, the incentives are very less nowadays on this car rental platform.

Today I went a test drive in hexa.....And this is my honest review ....Don't buy hexa.....In ride quality, It is no where comparable with innova....It produces lot of vibrations mainly at gear liver.....One who wants to buy please go with innova ...
