Ive had a sample of these for forever now and during recent trip decided to throw this on bag instead of regular vig bottle of cerve cream to foam and omg my face looked amazing after 1 use , my pores looked toght clean and small and just overall glowing , my skin loved it ! Idk about long use but im going get the bigger sample size that comes with the moisturizer to and see how i do ! Thanks as always !

I've found this to be true of almost every single Tatcha product I've tried: I tend to like it the more the longer i use it. Maybe the price shock fades away?! Anyway, I'll definitely review it in a month and I'll probably like it a bit more by then.

No BS Beauty the Sephora $20 off coupon just dropped and I went with the SkinFix clay wash to be safe. Maybe I’ll still pick it up later, I’ve yet to make a Tatcha purchase and the Trendmood box sold out in one minute 😭😭

I’m so glad that you guys found Gipper (I hope I’m spelling that correctly). When I was young we used to take one of goldens to the park so she could run a lot, since we don’t have a large yard, and swim. One time when she was swimming my Dad noticed that she was struggling. I guess that there were vine type plants that had been growing underwater in the shallow part. My Dad had to go in and help her. Even though I was young I remember being really scared. As far as the cleanser, I’ve heard people say similar things. For a super gentle exfoliation I love the Good Molecules pineapple exfoliating powder, even though I was just trashing pineapple not long ago, lol. I also like to add some rice or chickpea powder to my cleansing grains. Even a little coconut sugar or jojoba beads which are both super gentle. You can buy any of those and a little to a basic cleanser when you use it. I think that jojoba beads are really underused. Thanks for the review, chickadee🍃🌸

It's really terrifying watching them in the water, especially when you're so far away, and I had no idea he knew how to swim. He has tons of seaweed stuck to him. I'm just so grateful he is a better swimmer than he is with coordination. The Good Molecules Pineapple Powder is a nice morning Cleanser. I picked up a couple of their newly formulated products to try them- i think it was the discoloration Serum and the overnight exfoliating Serum. I'm going to try it out tonight so I hope it's good.

I've warmed up to this cleanser, was a bit leery of it the first week or so of using it, but I ended up really enjoying it. Not sure why, but this is true of most Tatcha products- maybe it is just the price?!?

I LOVE this cleanser! It's my new favorite. But my skin isn't dry. I'm like normal to combo and also sensitive. It's such a nice experience to use! I am surprised they target it to dry skin because I agree it seems to be more beneficial for normal to oily. Your skin is looking so fabulous and glowy by the way!

Oh thank you so much! I finally got the new cerave hydrating cream to foam Cleanser and I'm liking that one. I've liked the Tatcha Cleanser the longer I've used it. Tatcha products always seem to take a little time to warm up to me, but this one gets better the longer i use it.

So glad the pup is safe and ok. Love your content. I do have an unrelated question....bought the dispensing jars off amazon...whats the best way to clean them out after you have finished whats inside?

Thank you so much for your sweet comment! Never a dull moment with the rescue pups! 😃 Once I've finished what I was using in the jar I typically take a large cotton ball or cotton pad, soak it in a bit of isopropyl alcohol and wipe the bottom and sides of the jar with it. Give it about a minute to dry after that. That does a good job getting it sanitized as well as dry and clean for your next product. You can also use a water/vinegar solution if you don't have isopropyl alcohol on hand. I just prefer the alcohol because it dries quickly. Love your reviews!! I’m looking into buying the Sunprise Mild Airy sunscreen, are you familiar with it? I would like a sunscreen with more of a matte/natural finish.

If you have normal or oily skin I think the Sunprise Mild Air SPF is a good option, does have a bit of fragrance in it, so just be aware of that. I do love the texture of it, super light, which is nice. I can use it a few days a week but if I use it several days in a row my skin gets a bit dry. It's certainly geared towards normal/oily skin. It is a great option for sunscreen "haters" in the fact that it doesn't feel like a sunscreen and has a super light texture. You'll have to let me know if you pick it up and how you like it!

I’m glad your doggie was ok, poor little guy. Thanks for review! We’ve been paused from Ipsy for summer but this is a choice item for September bag so I was considering to unpause for this. 🤔. Sounds good for dry skin but I would not buy it after trying sample size even if it worked out well for me as too pricey, so I’ll pass as not really wanting to unpause Ipsy either for me considering it’s my daughter sub. 😂

The before and after photo of the new Skinceuticals neck product actually looks really impressive! I just hate that it has peppermint oil, lavender and rosemary oil along with a bunch of other crap i hate like linalool -_- the product would have been much better off without all this extra fragrance especially peppermint oil!

Very unrelated but have you tried or reviewed the Replenix SPF 50+ yet? I just got it from Dermstore and I’d love your thoughts! Related...Tatcha is aesthetically so nice but I just can’t do it with the price tag or the fragrance. :(

Personally I've been LOVING the rice wash and after a few days of using I ran out and bought the essence and now I want to try a bunch of their products. I found those 2 products alone have really made a noticeable difference in my skin, my skin is totally normal though, not oily or dry. Kinda wanna try the deep cleanse but I was nervous it would be too drying.

So happy to hear you've had good luck with it! I absolutely love their Essence. It's one of the only essences I've repurchased countless times. Definitely check out their oil cleanser, it's a favorite of mine. The Kissu Lip Mask is great as well. The Water Cream is also a great summer moisturizer. I didn't realize until now how many tatcha products I love. 😉

OMH IM SO sorry to hear about Gippy, poor guy thank God he’s ok. 🙏 I got a sample from Sephora and I haven’t tried it yet. I actually use the oil cleanser every day and after that I use the deep cleanse which I actually combine with another gentle cleanser and I use it with my Foreo Luna and I don’t use a lot of it. I thought for sure you would like this one more than a deep cleanse so it’s good to know what your opinion is.

Their oil cleanser is A+ in my opinion. One of my favorite of all times, I keep filling up my small size so I can travel with it, it's such a winner. The new Cleanser reminded me so much of the deep cleanse, but was just a touch more drying. We'll see how it fares in the long run, but so far for the price, I'd rather just keep using the deep cleanse, or repurchase the oil cleanser. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Gipper is the luckiest dog in the world after this weekend. I think he's used up his "nine lives" in one night.

Have you tried there rice powder “gentle” version? I think it’s the purple jar ... was wondering how they compare to there rice enzyme powders?

I've been meaning to try that version because the other Rice powders are a bit too harsh and others have said that the gentle powder is much better for sensitive skin. Next time there's a sale I'll have to pick it up.

No BS Beauty I keep trying enzyme powder cleansers and have yet to find one that works. They have all seemed to harsh. I am determined to get that supposed glow. I am overall against fragrance in My skincare, but I just love the tatcha scent. Especially there sunscreen.

Acwell for me has been hit or miss, but their cleansers have impressed me so far. Gentle yet effective and never leaves my skin feeling dry. Going to have to try more from them. 😃

The deep cleanse was much more drying for me. I love the rice wash though it’s the only cleanser i can use that doesn’t break me out or make things worse.

I am so odd about cleansers- I am almost always hard on them the first few weeks i test them out, then eventually warm up to them. Not sure why, but it is the case with almost every cleanser I try, I ended up liking this one a bit more than I though I was going to.

Tatcha is just so expensive for no reason at all. And the fragrance puts me off big time, even though it's a wash off product. I'll stick with my LaRoche Posay and Cerave Hydrating cleanser.

The LRP Cleanser is better in my opinion, and much more reasonably priced. It's a shame that Tatcha put so much fragrance in a product they deemed "free of synthetic fragrance " that just baffles me!

Can tatcha not add fragrance to their products 😩 this is actually not horribly priced for their brand.*edit* actually it is more $$ than I thought, $35, thought it was $30.* I still wouldnt pay that much for a cleanser unless it was really amazing. I’m happy with my $7 cleanser

I felt so bad for him, he's so clumsy and I think with all the lights out he was so confused. So glad we got him before something terrible happened. Going to have to give him some swimming lessons if he isn't too scared to go back in the water again. Not sure what the best thing to do is. He's the luckiest guy ever after that!
