I love Tawny. She was pigeon holed in the 80s as a "groupie" or "video vixen" but she was more then that. I once saw her on Seinfeld as Jerry's dingy actress girlfriend. She was so funny. She was a true natural beauty who stood out in a crowd. Unlike most pretentious celebrities of today, like the Kardashians, she would stop and talk to you on the street. She was genuine and will always be a huge part of pop culture. Great lady...🙏

I thought she became tawny Kitaen from the opening cartwheel scene in the "Here I Go Again" video. Women were a dime a dozen in videos in the 80's but she was the QUEEN. She was the complete antitheses of the typical cheap looking bimbo in a tight leather skirt & stilettos with bleached blonde hair. Tawny was classy, elegant, sophisticated & absolutely gorgeous. There isn't a man alive over the age of 40 who does not go into a catatonic state when he just hears the beginning of that song, let alone when he sees the video. I wish she would have let herself age more gracefully but everyone makes their own choices. RIP Tawney Julie E Kitaen.

I’m pretty sure this interview is a year old. She didn’t even look like this recently. She seemed a bit swollen and always posted on IG daily stories. I use to follow her on IG and felt like her friend 😢. If you DM’d her she would reply. I hope she’s happy now. She had severe insomnia.

Ugh, when she is telling that childhood story about her parents divorcing - gut wrenching. You can feel the pain coming from her voice. So sad. I wonder the lasting trauma of that for her? I can honestly say I know about 13 or 14 people that got Covid for about a week eight days and more than half of them were those people that wore a mask outside, in their car, I don’t know maybe they even wore one in their house I wasn’t always around them when they had their masks on. I would not breath In my own carbon dioxide I think that’s going to have long-term effects on our organs it’s poison that’s why we are meant to Breathe in & then breathe out and not into a mask that goes back into our body again. So Gross. If the people choose to wear a mask everywhere fine but the ones that choose not to they shouldn’t care if they think that mask is protecting them, stay 20 feet further away from the people that don’t want to breathe in their own disgusting air.

First time I saw her was in Batchelor Party with Tom Hanks. Then as a metal fan I loved her in the RATT and Whitesnake videos. Watched her on Celebrity Rehab then Botched. Beautiful inside & out. She battled a Cocaine problem pretty bad. I sure hope she did not die from going back to Cocaine. I pray she beat it forever! The videos had been good. To go from those videos to seeing her now is kinda sad. She did not need plastic surgery, and her and Dave sure looked good together. But she messed up with men often I read. She will admit it. Still this is sad, but to watch her she is far to hyper. I mean nothing bad. RIP beautiful woman.

Beautiful soul...I had a rough time at the same age...my father had a stroke in 1969 and had to live with his mom in 1972 and they got divorced and my mum sold the home,my three older sisters married young and mum took me at 13 and my younger brother to Miami for a year and I got her to move us back to Pittsburgh and I took care of my older sister's baby and went to a catholic girl's school another culture shock! The recession and gas crunch of the 1970's was rough on many families.

I remember back in '90 or '91 in San Antonio (white snake - slip of the tongue tour) "Bad English" had just finished playing their opening show (which was so good, they almost upstaged WS!) and people started milling around, then suddenly there was a bit of a commotion going on in the floor section, and it was Tawny walking through the crowd signing autographs! I remember wanting to go up there and asking for an autograph...but I had nothing for her to sign, and neither did any of us! I actually thought about asking her to sign my forearm, then going back home and having it tattooed on, but the lights started going down and security took her away. I could kick myself for not, at least, shaking her hand!!! She was such a sweetheart for meeting the fans...I can't believe she's gone!! May she Rest In Peace!! 🕊️ God bless her!!!

wow , i was coming home from nam when you were 12! she lived in my old neighborhood in newport beach.....a place i used to shop is now an apt form some richies like ellen and gwen stephani.....times change hummmm edit ...she did more work in hollywood than james dean did!! his first movie he broke his leg and they needed to shoot around him....his third he died before he could finish it and needed to shoot arround his absence! RIP great Video... So sorry she passed. I keep wondering if she Got the Vaccine. I bet she did since she's complaining about masks. She like most people have done no research into this Vaccine or the number of people dying soon after getting it. And it's experimental Gene Therapy and no one knows what the effects will be so far over 4000 deaths, in healthy people from 16 to 80+ years of age. Strokes, Heart Attacks and Blood Clots mostly. BTW The does not guarantee you won't get or spread Covid, or does not work against new strains, and now unvaccinated people are getting sick after being around the recently vaccinated. And if a person dies after getting their Life Insurance is void as the Vaccine is an Experiment Drug. Maybe it was something to with the Dental work?

I just loved her! Such a beautiful woman & no makeup?! I wonder if her dental work had anything to do with her passing away. I had a friend that happened to. He got an infection. So incredibly sad! RIP

What a true Leo! And El Cajon ... we had a home in El Cajon, I went to Bostonia Elem 5th and 6th ... my Mom, also a Leo, worked in radiology. It wasn't a long haul to the beach, maybe 15, 20 min. Sad she didn't get to go. Pretty sure TK was older than I by a few years. Next level school was Greenfield, I believe. I wonder what years she was there? By 78' we had moved to Palm Springs. Interesting to hear her tell her story. She should still be here telling more. I wonder if her dental surgery had anything to do with her passing ... I'm sorry she left us and way too soon.
