I am dubious about your comment/criticism concerning the truss rod. If you back off on the truss rod, the string tension should "lift" the neck.

Agreed. Ill rewatch to see what verbiage I used

That is absolutely the case….and really is a fact for any truss Rod…hex or not..

I have a recent GS mini and I was getting some buzzing and I absolutely able to adjust the truss rod to release some tension and add forward bow.

Can you hold it normal so we can see what it looks like

Do you recommend this guitar for a bigger guy with somewhat large fingers? Heard this guitar is better for kids and smaller individuals.

Great question! I think this fits well for any player. It is a go to guitar for many who like to travel because of it's size but it doesn't feel like a kids guitar. If you are looking for a Taylor guitar that is just slightly bigger but around the same price, check out the Big Baby Taylor. Both of these would be killer options to start playing.

The nut width is slightly smaller compared to a Dreadnaught Jr. Scale length is shorter and I think you might appreciate being able to go from fret to fret faster. Try it out!

My sister just bought this exact guitar, here's the real truth, I have to go through the entire set for her! Plays extremely hard, I adjusted the truss rod, and I also have to lower the bridge saddle, $700 and I have to do all that? Not worth buying in my opinion

I bought one and loved it at first, but the scale length makes it cramped for some open chords, in particular an A and is starting to annoy me. The nut width at @ 1 11/16s is actually typical of many full size acoustics and the same as my Martin DM which I played for 23 years. It’s not the nut width that makes it cramped its the scale length, which is a full 2 inches less than a full sized guitar.

I have smaller hands and it is a bit cramped for some chords, like A. On the other hand it is easier for other chords that might be a stretch and spread scales. You can really fly around quickly. I would say it is just different but you get used to it.

I'm sure he's an okay person, but man, he should have done his research. This is not the way to do a review.
