These are her stories, but they are relatable because she is human just like us. Sometimes there is a deeper meaning and some are a big f u to those who have hurt her, and knowing the context of certain songs gives the song a deeper meaning, letting you know what she is talking about. Like "my tears ricochet" knowing it is about her record label and nothing else you are understanding her story and her pain.

A lot of people don't realise that Savage Taylor is the OG Taylor. She started out a shade throwing, call em out, chair throwing cute little savage Tay and for a while she softened, and her "mainstream" image was that, but it was never really her. She loves big and fierce and she hurts and fights big and fierce.

Good reaction to this. You're one of the few that talked about her breath control while she does her performances. I remember Pink commented about how hard it is to to do what she does on stage as far as all the choreography, moving and keeping her voice perfect etc. ❤ Stay safe

@@GetYaBarzUpReactions Just a small clarification, Vigilante Shit is not from Reputation but Midnights, which came much after Reputation. Rep was 2017, Midnights was 2022. So if you search up Vigilante Shit reputation tour, you're not going to find anything. The live version you should react to is from the Eras Tour. And for context of Vigilante Shit, because you WILL want to know, it was written for a terrible man by the name of Scooter Braun who conspired with her ex record label to buy her entire discography. Scooter Braun (was) the manager for major acts like Justin Beiber, Ariana Grande, Demi Lovato and Idina Menzel. He is notorious for being a horrible manager and working his talent to the bone so he gets richer. Taylor told her ex record label manager Scott Borchetta, who she was very close with for over 15 years, that she did not want her works sold to that man out of everyone. They did a deal behind her back and sold her catalogue for $300 mill. If you also want to know how Taylor felt about it all, the betrayal, there's a song called My Years Ricochet that was written for Scott Borchetta that I think you'd enjoy. It's still savage Taylor, just sadder musically because she truly loved Scott and looked up to him as a father figure. Back to Scooter Braun, his deviousness made Taylor so angry she went back and rerecorded all her music to devalue the catalogue he owned. Not long after his purchase, he entered legal trouble, was divorced by his wife, dropped by most of his clients, and currently is under investigation from the FBI for financial crimes. Vigilante Shit talks about alllll of this. Sorry for the novel lol thought you'd like the backstory.

Your interpretation of Swift art is as good as any others. Swift herself says at the start of every Eras show that she is handing all her songs over to her fans for our enjoyment and our understanding. She is done with that part of her past. This is her 'screw you' to the media trashing her for stuff she didn't even do. Love your reaction. 'Bad Blood' was originally about Katy Perry because they had been good friends & then Katy stole some of Taylor's backup dancers. Eventually, Katy sent Taylor a literal olive branch & an apology note & they made up. In fact, Katy does a cameo at the end of Taylor's video for You need to calm down', showing they are 'back together again'. Katy even went to see Taylor's Era's tour a month or so ago. And I'm enjoying this journey too. I knew 'teen' Taylor & all her sweet country songs. This is a badass woman & as the mother of 2 daughters, 6 granddaughters & 2 great granddaughters, I am here for it. She is a wonderful talent, with a gift for writing & she is an excellent example for all young women. Girl power. I also love how sexy she is without being almost naked like so many other female artists. Taylor uses her talent, not her skin, to pull fans.

TBH I think the fact she's a sweet woman who also doesn't take any shit is the reason she's still so successful. We're all multi-faceted so can see ourselves in her vulnerable moments as well as her petty ones. I've been hurt before, just like every human being so seeing her clap back is extremely satisfying. You'll know it's them because their comment will usually start with "well actually it's about..." so just don't give in to them! Just ignore them cuz they're not worth it! Scott Borchetta of Big Machine Records offered her that for every new album she would receive one old one back. Taylor left after her contract was up, I think that is why Scott sold to Scooter Braun, Scott knew Taylor hated Scooter, so that was like a punch to the stomach. She knew Scott was going to sell, she just didn't know to who. Scooter bought it under Ithaca Holdings which he owns.

PLEASE… when you watch the 🛴 documentary… take what he says with a grain of salt. He SAYS he offered her a deal to get her masters back… but the deal he offered her was dirty. The second episode of that doc is so NOT THE TRUTH!
