In the bridge she’s listing all the accusations against her. One of those accusations is that she puts narcotics in her songs to make them addictive (related to the witchcraft/spell accusation as well, hence the levitating imagery).

I love that her platform has mirrors around all of the sides. The audience, while watching her, are also seeing a reflection of themselves. She’s telling us about what’s on her mind with every song, but this and “But Daddy, I Love Him”. WE are Daddy in that song. When she talks about her actual Dad, she calls him “my Father”. She’s mad and wants people to know. I wasn’t around for any of the Matty Healy stuff (TBH, I had never even heard his name before this album). I’m a newbie but trying to educate myself about the history so that I can understand both Taylor and this album better. The album calls back to many other songs. Crazy mastermind. I wonder if she is able to get a good nights sleep with so many thoughts going through her mind all of the time. She’s juggling so many balls in the air and she’s doing a damn amazing job at it! Impressive! That ending was scary at first but now it’s cool AF. 😂🫶🏼👏🏻🤍

The performance on tour is just so 🔥, but videos of the performance can really vary as you saw, especially if there’s a ton of singing near the recording . If you think about it, she and the whole tour were reformatting the tour while they were on little breaks still performing on the original tour months before anyone even knew there was a new album (TTPD announced at the Grammy’s in February and released April 19). They changed over in May in Paris. So many changes and a lot added from TTPD. It’s rather crazy to think just how much they needed to design for a new era no one knew was coming. The designers getting outfits ready for Taylor and the dancers had to have been planned before the show even kicked off! Shooting the video for Fortnight with Post Malone and Ethan Hawke and Josh Charles. Not to mention the songs she wrote about her’s and Travis’ relationship who she didn’t even start dating until August last year! This woman works so freaking hard. This album had to be at the press when she announced it and maybe she was still working on part 2, The Anthology, but still, you still have to call it done so everything can get ready, like all the merch. Those NDAs must be epic as to keep everyone absolutely mum about it all. Charles Daniels actually told his high school son he was in a Taylor Swift video a couple of days before it dropped and classic high schooler reaction was that cannot be true, so he told no one! 😂😂😂 I truly hope there is a documentary on how this tour got pulled together and how it moves from place to place and behind the scenes when everything is finished in December.

I'm a Witch - yes, really - and I have no idea if TS is or not, but I know these 3 things for certain: Witches have nothing to do with Satan; Taylor has referred to her "little Witchlets" among her fans, so she's not a religious bigot; People ought to think twice about calling her a Witch (NBD) or a Satanist (psychopath) because the last thing you want to do is say that publicly about a person and be right.
