Great band. Unfortunately overplayed by radio and TV channels. They have been laying low for a while now. Made lots of dough off their oeuvre though. Not many can say that in Croatia.

had to log in just to comment, i can see you aint feeling vibe not even close to some other songs, dont know who and why recommended this, but is just another mainstream radio hit from them and not even close to the REAL "The Beat Fleat" . if you wanna get into them and really dig what they are about then you need to listen to old songs and old style of story stelling , something like " Trilogija jada " for example .. these mainstream songs are not songs that need reaction, you need to be a local to feel them
Its not "where is the base" , more like "whats the catch about that" reffering to the whole scenario being fake and stuff .....its still not the proper translation but thats because of the language barrier , the whole line is a slang centered only in and around Split on the south of croatia , its inhabitants along with dalmatians have a very interesting mentality different from the rest of country , and europe, not just mentality but also aproach to anything , being a good or bad thing, the view of the world around them, thats also one of the reasons why it is so difficult to translate properly
we people in Split are closest to rap music, as you can see they have unique style they dont copy other rappers, we are chill, have that south mentality everything is slow relaxed you smoke some joint and do nothing all day, you enjoy life you are not here to work and die like nobody.
tbf is funy band...not too much deep or smart, on this way...like in coment ,in skonson reaction,...they do things on very special local way and sleng called ''splitsko stanje uma'' -Split state of mind '', satiricon sarcasm ..etc..wrong comparison with serious rap,hip-hop...very local look on dalmatian mentality,stupid habits...etc...the and of the world or global politics or other similar things not important in this song ...
