It really depends on the deal. My fav are 2 bedrooms apartments. They are usually 80-110sqm. But if you are investing in a new high-rise glass building, the 40-50sqm studios are great.

Hi Sanan.Can foreigner buy a land in Georgia? if so, whats is the price per m2 for agricultural or non agricultural lands?

Hey there! A foreigner can buy non-agri land independently. However, to own a agri land you will need a Georgian partner or sponsor. Price per m2 starts from 1$ per sqm. It depends on the location, status, and size.
