"You gotta have some social proof to have true confidence, otherwise you are just delusional." .... plenty of that going around.

And I just want to add: writing. Writing writing writing. It's A) the cheapest form of self therapy you can get and B) Helps clarify and refine and re refine your vision/purpose/blueprint/trajectory. Its sounds cliche, and overlooked because its so low tech, but writing out all the puzzle pieces on paper lets some level of your being start organizing a direction. If you can write it, you can clarify your horizon.

TCAV your Vlogs make me ponder my mindset, challenge my thoughts and habits, your weekly content is motivational, highly contagious and incredibly inspiring.

Confidence is bred through adversity. You can be cocky all you want but until you’ve been tested whatever the task may be but until you’ve been tested, you have no clue whether or not you got confidence around the board in any given situation the only way you’re gonna do that is to live life to the fullest with your head up in your chest out and whatever comes your way you deal with it face-to-face that’s confidence.

After a shitty rough couple of weeks I got back to up at 0345, and working on myself by taking care of myself physically and it's amazing how much more good vibration has been going on in my life!!! TCAV appreciate the guidance!!!!!

Hence why the system is so important. Living proof TCAV.

Self development and building your self confidence never stops. It’s not a destination you ultimately get to It’s a road you travel. Never stop learning Never stop listening Choose to be an active participant in shaping your own life. start digging in and doing all grunt work that you have successfully avoided all these years. It won’t be fun, cheap nor easy but it’s the only way to manifest real positive change in your life. TCAV gets it.

No guts, no glory brother! You've got to have a goal too, right? I, like you, met my crossroads - you, while living in your truck in Hawaii and me in London England. I decided to join the Legion and then travelled to SE Asia, do my fitness and then go to Marseille ( at that time from memory). But...I met a girl, who I'm still with 24 years later. When I met her, it got me thinking: What do I do now? After a lot of thought I got my head down in civvie street, working 16 hours a day, 7 days a week and retired 10 years later at the age of 46. Still happy.. I think back, from time to time on how different my life would have been. I've come to the realisation that I'm glad I did what I did and how it turned out. I think back and say to myself, who would I have gone to battle for? Psychotic politicians and big business? Perhaps, people are waking up and that's why there's a recruiting issue now. That's a precis of my story Taylor. Hopefully it's read and inspired someone. Enjoy your vids. God bless.

Thank you. I appreciate hearing this in the morning. I always believed confidence came with age and experience, but that's not entirely true. Courage is another great topic, it has me thinking about your video on pivoting. I believe emotions complicate decisions, two exceptions are confidence and courage, which are effective counters to fear, lack of motivation etc. I believe courage is among the most misunderstood. I think of it as an insurance policy, you're very glad to have it when you need it! Thanks again for the valuable topic.⛽

Thanks Taylor. I am amused when you speak about the viewers that come out and accuse you of narcissism and so on. I don't understand why they would say that? I mean from what I can tell, you are the hardest on yourself that anyone could be. And with your life lessons, you always draw from points in time when your life was not going well. I never criticize anyone, if I don't think everything they say is helpful I leave that piece and cherish the other. Or just move on. But I have to say man, you are straight up, authentic and putting some very valuable life lessons and advice out there. Keep it coming!
