I can volunteer a short answer, although I did not post the video and am not a specialist on GBM. The take-home message for the layman is that looking at mutations in tumor tissue may open additional drug options (note 3:30 BRAF) and better predictions of outcome. Most of this is still research rather than applied to clinic. Normally, oncologists order a few tests for specific cancer "markers" - whole genome scans of tumors are not quite part of normal diagnoses yet.
