Ubisoft made that game, Not Nintendo.

Be patient. They are developing the Switch 2.

Nintendo games aren't expensive enough to develop to where they need to recoup costs wherever possible, as is the case with Sony, and they have no incentive to put their games on other platforms. Quite a few Switch games are even designed wholly around the Joy-Con.
