I've been wanting something like this for ages! I had hoped for a true e-ink phone, but this looks great. You probably don't have the phone anymore, but I'd love an update if you still do. Thanks for the review, I'm now convinced that I'll get it when it becomes available in Canada.

Thx for video! Would love to get it (for longer reading without the compromises of an eink display) but am turned off by the screen form factor. Why those those super long screens that make it not easier to hold, that are not convenient for book/PDF format, that are not better for browsing than a 5+ inch screen. After all, this is not a gaming phone, it's made for a better reading experience (part of which is holding the device, form, weight, screen ratio). The 5G version has a less elongated screen but a noticeably lower resolution. I don't mind paying more but hope they will bring out a smaller screen device with high resolution. Also relevant: apparently, it is presently hard to find a fitting case and screen protectors don't help the reading experience. Maybe something worth checking and mentioning in future reviews on this phone. That said, maybe one can always just 3D print a fitting case, not sure.

Hey how did you get the stylus. Did it come included in the package. I'm looking for the case which can hold the stylus made by tcl & the stylus itself. Can you please share any links

Heyy, thanks from Italy! I've just bought this phone and reading the instructions, I noticed that Tempered glass protector is not allowed on this display. Can you tell me something more? I could buy it on Amazon, but I'm scaried now

Unlike the OLED, it won't burn your eyes. The deepest layer of the screen panel can reflect environmental light, it feels like an actual paper. Good for e-book readers, but not for entertainment.😄
