I completed my graduation in 2019 and then had 2.5 years of gap, actually it should be of 2 years but due to covid mba entrance exam in 2021 got delayed and hence my gap increased. Now i got the offer letter from TCS for MBA tech hiring will they consider me. I have provided all the necessary documents to the HR.
Please do mention this to the hr,usually tcs has stricts policies nd more that 2 years gap they dont consider but as your reason is genuine they will consider you but first have a clear cut discussion with hr about the gap first

Bro pls hlp I have an overlapping issue with Company A And Company B . In Company A i worked for 6 months but i have not received rlvng ltr and Company B i am joined as a Fresher. After Company B i joined TCS after 1.9 yr in TCS i show only Company B's Exp alone. Now Company A and B Overlap which held TCS BGV Fail? Pls answer. I am also not mentioning Compny A exp in Resume which gives TCS but alone EPO shows cmpny A exp. pls hlp. is TCS BGV Can fail due to Cmpny A?
Yes tcs will consider both the experience of company A and B.You absconded company A and Joined B that is why the dates are overlapping.Now you can do one thing either reach out to A company for reliving letter before the date of joining of B or you have to convince the HR to consider only B company and ask them you are ready to sign any declarations
You can do any of the following 1.Tell the hr before the interview about your absconding with a valid reason if they are convinced you will not face any problem. 2.Stay silent give interview if you are selected and you dont face any issue related to BGC (though tge chances are low) dont say anything about your absconding company
Hi bro, I recently took back my resignation as tcs delayed on-boarding. Now they said october date is final will you join or not. I told them I wi join. Now tcs would again reschedule bgc??? I am planning to put resignation by end of September to get early release. During bgc check if they check date of leaving before I put resignation would that turn out negative please tell me. I dint want to put now itself as I need to analyse situation and then resign. Exit date would they check during beginning itself or once we left the company?? Someone told bgc is valid fr 120 days. I had initialted in may and by aug end it would complete 120 days. So will they reschedule again??

Hi Sir, I Worked in 2013 to 2015. When I joined that company that time UAN not launched. They only provided pf number. Its means this is not showing in my servise history on epfo portal. How can add that one pf number to my UAN ?
Hi guy's, Nowadays bgv are very strict. Most of MNC they can easily find out our all the employment. They can check our pf portal as well. So if we hide any abscond employment they easily find out. So be prepare for valid reasons and try to get documents whatever. Hereafter, don't abscond any companies in future. I am not sure about 2nd and 3rd level companies bgv. But most of MNC bgv are outsourcing and nowadays everyone data is in online.

Hi sir please respond...I joined TCS three months ago, and now they're asking for my first company's bank statements. I've already given them my payslips and form 16, so they don't need them. Still, they want my bank statements, which I can't provide because I don't use that bank. I responded by saying I could supply form 16 in its place. Will I be rejected if I don't provide bank statements?
Please talk to the hr...and bank statement they are asking because they have seen something fisshy.you may be marked as negetive if you dont provide the statement.
Sir Yesterday I have received a call from TCS that your profile has shortlisted &they contected a telephonic interview in that ,they explained about company package etc...and they said that for a verification you have to say the Aadhar card Pan card number and also the account number & Debit Card number (after you joined 1 st month salary will be credited to your own account )& to put in these all account details in your offer letter and we will mail you ...from 2nd month we will open an account from our side for you to credit the salary. They does not asked any payment before joining... Here my doubt is Does the TCS company's telephonic interview , ask suck aadhar number Pan number & bank account number details before joining I dint receive any offer letter ???Can you please clarify Is this call is from TCS or a fake call ??
Don't send any details no company asks for debit card.just ignore them this is clear cut fake call.Tell them hae they opened their own company with the name TCS

You said you don't know the 3rd UAN.I believe you are talking about 3rd pf account number.UAN is universal it will be same pf account is different so in the epfo portal check the 3rd company name.You must have worked there that is why it is cread.So yes chances are high TCS will know about your all companies.If you want you don't disclose and mention about the company from which you have all documents.But this one is quite risky

Hello, I joined company A and then resigned withing 22 days. That time I was in training period. They did not gave me releiving or exp letter. They given me full and final settlement letter. Also they have created PF account. Then i joined company B as fresher. And on company B exp I am going in tcs. TCS has marked company A exp as irrelevant and also got approval from hr for company A f and F letter. Now will tcs bgv team ask releiving letter for company A?

See it is recommended to submit the bgc form as soon as apossible I cannot recall the days but within 2 3 days send bgc along with documents and right now if you dont have any documents ask the hr to send you the declaration form where you will mention within how many days you will share this documents and send it back to hr thats it.in decleartion form mention minimum 90 days and max 180 days.

They will check the company as per the documents you submitted to hr.if you submitted document of all 5 company they will check all.if you given documents of 4 companies they will check 4

But the issue is I mentioned about that Internship in a new company I am going to join. They are asking about the experience letter for that internship. What will happen in the background verification check as I don't have an experience certificate to provide?
Better inform them, your bgc will be cleared only if you give them the letter which you don't have so ask the hr to consider you as fresher and request them to hire you

But The company is not accepting and also not giving the internship completion certificate because of Discontinuation of internship now which is less than 1 year. Yes if you are able to get the releiving letter and submit it you can join but before doing that ask hr to give you some time dont reject you and ask them to share declaration form with you

I have an issue of pf account created for a X company where i didn't join but they created the pf with the forms which i submitted to them before onboarding, its just a blank pf account with no transaction and only DOJ..currently i am working in company Y without any issues. But if in future will this create issue if i switch company? Can i prove them by showing form 26as or AIS sheet that i never got a salary from them and never worked. It's created mistakenly?? It is completely ok if you worked there before joining.If you have resigned then yes share the UAN number with them.As you have all the relevant documents no need to worry but share the UAN with them

Yes in all the aspects you are eligible for the job your dob you can update it.try updating it again and it will not matter you can change it later after joining and if the gap justification is genuine they will consider

Tcs will check only if you worked in that company they wont check your domain.As you qualified the interview only your manager will get to know based on your performance.Faking an experience can be dangerous.Try to learn things as much as possible during training or else you will be in trouble

Now my doubt is in same account I have attended the interview 2nd time with in a week after rejection of 1st time. Is they will follow 6 months Craitiria? If you received offer letter you can resign.see hr is well aware of that and within 6 months they can hire you they will just mention exception in the database dont worry.but dont resign until and unless you got the offer letter

hey I received mail from back ground verification check team , 3rd part asking for bank statement of 7/11/2019 to 31/12/2020, but i don't have bank statement of this period because my company provide salary in cash & from 1/01/2021 my company changes policy and asked employee to provide bank account that from now onwards you salary will be credited in bank account, so , I've statement of Jan , Feb. , march $ April 2021 statement after that I , joined another another company for that I've already provided bank statement of from 2021 to till date . so I replied them that I took my salary in Inhand , so it is not possible for me to give you any statement of this particular period 7/11/2019 to 31/12/2020 , what should I do now ?

Please confirm with my following questions. 1.Do you have pf account of your 1st company?if yes, then tcs will ask for all tge document and the relieving letter from that company. 2.if you dont have pf account, dont mention about your job anywhere. 3.As you have worked in 4 companies and you have all the documents hr may consider you in that case. 4.Is it possible to contact your 1st company and get the relieving letter?
Dont worry.you are saved as you dont have any pf from your 1st company you can hide that experience no need to tell this to tge hr or mention this job anywhere.Nobody will reject you in this case bgc team will check document only for those company which are showing in EPFO portal
Right now nothing can be done.you should not have shared the documents for your call center company.tcs do verify all the companies based on the documents submitted by the candidate. Right now it is better to wait for there status.If they come back to you tell them the truth.your relieving letter is fake so that will only cause the trouble.If you are lucky they will just verify the company based on the epfo.
I am having one doubt. The designation which I gave in the ibegin portal is Senior Systems Engineer, whereas in the relieving letter will be Senior Systems Executive. Will it be a problem since I am unable to change it now. I have already received the offer letter and accepted it and initiated the BGV process.

Hi , i was about to join tcs on 17 May. I have submitted all the documents but in evening I got a call from hr that bgc team has some issue in documents. I have joined my company in 2020 and in 2022 my company changed it's name. So i have worked for only one company but due the name changed process. Two names are showing in pf account. I have bank statements and every documents. I haven't received any response from hr and recruiter . Two weeks completed, my recruiter is not replying mail or calls. What can i do now
Don't wait for so long try in other places, do follow up with the TCS hr they are re verifying your docs but I am not sure about it .it's better to apply in other places as well

In electricty bill i have my grandfather name he passed away long back. We didn't get it corrected. Was worried wt if bgc fails if i upload these docs. Who says you will get negetive feedback only, just because of name dispute rejection is not done as you have sent the docs wait for the hr to contact you.take the date of joining as 17 apriland hopefully everything will go fine

Hi I am having total 1.6yr of experience but my 1st company was paid me in cash and last company was paid me in my bank account so my TCS bgc is going on they told me show epfo passbook they saw only one company service history was there another was not there so they told me download the statment and send it on mail and also told to send the detail of company manager and HR who's paid in cash .for both company I am having exp letter relieving letter everything so what can I do should I join tcs or it will create problem to me becuz of salary in cash ..????
Follow what I say, 1.No company can reject you if you have service letter of your old company where you received salary in cash.just share the offer and relieving letter of that company. 2.please share the hr and manager details with the company so they will directly verify and get a documented mail that you worked there. 3.these 2 things are enough to resolve this issue still if you have any doubts talk to the hr of tcs.

Hi...i got selected in TCS....but i have updated my previous company offer letter with different designation by mistake.....in relieving letter the designation will be different....will it cause any pblm during background check if offer letter and relieving letter designations are different. Yes you may have to submit the documents again that will lead to delay of your clearance.mail the hr with your correct role of the company and also mention about that mistake
I worked in one company for 2 to 3 month Then i switch into next one I got 1.5 year experience and then I selected in tcs . In resume I don't fill up any information of my 1st company. Then it get any problem in background verification??
If you have valid proof of employment withe proper exit mention it or else leave it bit there are chances they may get to know about that company if they created pf
Hi sir, i am selected in TCS and i got offer letter too.. also address verification is done. My my doj was 15th may but HR told me because of some changes they have extended my doj to july 3rd. She told me nothing to worried. Can i trust on them? Also in EPFO portal my Date of exit is not mentioned from previously employer will it create any problem?? Or can i do mark exit by my own??? Hi, I got offer from TCS and I have total of 9 years of experience working in 5 companies. But in my first experience, I was received my salary a Cash and didn't have any PF deduction. It was just 7k salary. Becuase of this I don't have bank statement also. But I have experience letter, relieving letter and pay slip from that company and they are still functioning. How this will impact my BGC in TCS ? Do they require bank statement for all our previous companies ?
I have selected In TCS but in BGV Previous Employer PF showing overlapped. My revealed date was 5th June but in PF showing 30-June pls sugget. Inbetween i joined one company and i resigned in days i have submitted those documents as well but now because of Overlapping its showing dual job.Then i escalate to that employer about Overlapping they ask me to submit Joint declaration from through EPF portal with required documents. After submit joint declaration from Employer given approval and now its stage at Approval waiting at Noida Field Office. Pls suggest me here what will happen if TCS can onboard me or reject?
Please share the communication of the joint decleartion to the tcs hr or bgc team and also ask the hr to share the declaration form and fill it with the time extend for 60 days.TCS will allow you to take some time and once you got the approval send the docs to the hr again.I dont think it will create problem if you follow the process I mentioned

It is ok but for as you are asking more time to submit the PF document whenever they are communicate with you ask them if they have any decleartion form so you can fill this and share the time after how many days you will submit it.Take minimum 60 days
Hi I used to stay in the office during 2006 to 2017 (Mumbai) - this is my first company. I don't have any address proof since I used to mostly stay in HYD and work remotely and used to visit office for few days. Will they ask for address proof? Suggestions how to deal with the situation While filling BGC details - Address I forgot to mention this and only updated my permanent address as 2011 till date staying in Hyd. I have submitted BGC yesterday. Please suggest is this ok or I need to talk to HR? Pls 🙏 reply in detail
It is completely fine, even my friend has done the same thing. It will notbcreate any issue, but if you want to be in safer side you can inform the hr formally.

First of all did you joined the 2nd company in the same day mentioned in joining date? If you have the proper documents dont need to worry about it hr team will sort it out
Hi i was resigned my current company and got selected for tcs the documentation is going on. Here until sep only i got salary. After that oct and nov i didn't get my salary due to i was not on a project. I had submitted my last 3 months payslips months of July aug sep. Will bgv came to know that i didn't get salary for the oct and nov month coz I don't get deducted my pf na so.. can you clarify my question.?? Will the TCS BGV negative due to not get salary for oct and nov month?????

We lived in own home but the house number is we used where we purchase the place from owner house. It's kind Beside of owner place we purchase. But we used his home number as our permanent address. Will they came to know that we used beside house number as permanent address. Will bgv consider as negative that we used beside house number as our permanent address
Hi, I have total 6 plus experience. In 2020 I have joined X company. Worked 5months and left. But I didn't received reliving letter from that company. After that I have worked 2.5 years in another company. Now I have joined tcs. My question is I didn't disclose that X company experience in the cv n ibegin portal also. N I have withdraw the pf amount of that company. 'll this affect my bgc in tcs.?
Yes it will, during bgc they will verify all your company you have worked for.so remain silent if they dont come back to you but if they get to know you will have to give them solid reason to proceed with your profile
Hi , i did one certification course after that I selected one small scale company through the course center where i worked for 1.8 years then absconded so I don't have rel. letter and joined the X company now i have all the documents of my X company. in TCS bgc I don't want to give my previous company details bcz the company was closed and I don't have proper documents.if i give only my course center details and shown the gap of 1.8 years. is it ok? if they go and check the course duration in course center. is it possible that my course center will give them my company details or they will give them only course duration confirmation? in my case my bgc will get cleared or not?
See tcs considers less than 2 years gap, if you feel your center can disclose the information of that company and also if the gap is less then 2 year even after excluding the course time remove that also.your x company details are sufficient enough to get you into the job.make sure every documents you have shared is authentic

@@KnowledgeStone my x company is mid scale company somehow i managed to get entry x company on the basis of my previous company. my previous company pkg is 2.4 lpa and designation is software developer so my x company offered me tech. analyst and pkg is 5+. my problem is if i show only x company details then will they ask me about my designation and pkg on x company. as per this scenario x company is my first company and nobody gives you tech analyst and 5+ pkg for freshers. is tcs bgv team ask me about my x company designation and pkg releted questions.?
See that situation will arise but you have convince them if you disclose your 1st company detail then they will ask about the documents.so that is the reason i told you not to disclose,tell them you worked here only but if in your second company offer letter if your previous experiences count is mentioned and based on that they hired you with this package then you have to tell the truth or else you can avoid

Lets say you have done this and during bgc it is not captured and you joined successfully if they got suspicious and they verify it again so dont you feel its risky??if you have niche skills and you do hardwork it is really easy to get a desired package.dont do thia things it may spoil your career

Tcs and one another firm That firm has told me to join next month itself while tcs has not given any probable joining date I was thinking of joining that firm until i receive joining from TCS as I can earn some money if tcs joining is getting late Will it affect my tcs joining if I do that?
