Did your last promotion happen in TCS? If yes , you will have to wait for 3.5 years and if you joined TCS as experienced candidate, then you are eligible for ITA. Go talk to your manager once and understand your eligibility for promotion. Wish you all the best
Hi One small doubt. Suppose we have been released from a Project on Nov end and we were supporting that Project for last 2.7 years and got IPF for the period April 2023 to Nov 2023. From Dec last have been allocated to a new project in that scenario new appraisal for the balance 4 months is not initiated yet as we are into last leg of Appraisal process by Feb 28th closure. Will we get increaments and Band release for such scenario based on April 2023 to Nov 2023 period based on the IPF released
