As a fresher i would recommend don't go for tcs. Join any other company. As a fresher you get support role in tcs and due to which it is tough to switch to any other company for development role because you don't have any experience in development. So i will suggest don't go for tcs. Out of 100 freshers only 4-5 get good project else get support role.

I also think that Rehiring Policy is very overrated! But the thing is Company like TCS is exceptionally good for someone who wants to have a stable life in the future. Apart from Salary, there are many other perks in TCS which are not available in any other company e.g like Health Insurance Policy!!!!! And in the last big recession period, TCS hardly fired anyone, whereas in other companies, Employees got fired. So maybe this could be the reason! "dusre company me chale jaenge. " - Chale To Jayege, Lekin Shayd Wesa Sukoon Na mil Paye, Bs is liye thoda darte honge!! - MAY BE!!!!

Then choose Accenture. There is bond in TCs and No hiring policy. So prefer Accenture, it will be better for you.

I wanted to know few things Before answering your question. 1. As per your comment it seems like yu r a fresher. Still I wanted to know for surety. So r yu fresher or experienced? 2. What is your interest? And area of expertise 3. You like to do coding and want to explore your career in it? 4. Are you getting preferred location in Capgemini 5. What is the difference between both the package offered? 6. Are you concerned about TCS Rehiring policy? Like in future you desperately want to be a part of tcs or is it ok if there is no Rehiring in future. 7. CBO is not a role. Analyst A4 is a role. So both are not comparable. Please let me know your role in tcs. Is it associate system engineer or something else. 8. When is the joining date in both companies Thanks 👍

If you are worried about tcs no rehiring policy and want to be a part of an tcs in future, then wait for Capgemini. Nd No, it is not applicable after accepting offer letter. It will be applicable once you join the company. As per your interest and offers that you got, it solely depends on your luck, whether you will get any development or Coding related work in future in both companies. In the end I would suggest you to ask Capgemini HR regarding your joining date. If you get joining date before December, then join Capgemini. If not then join tcs... It is not good practice to waste 3-4 months.

@@NitManTalks Actually I read on Quora that CBO is like BPS stream in which candidates from any stream eg BSc Bcom even works. I don't whether it's true or not. I have no idea. 1. Now if I join TCS in CBO stream what is the future scope of it? I mean the DCA exam for converting Ninja to digital is that applicable for CBO stream's candidates? Actually to join TCS I have to travel from Kolkata to Nagpur and even after that if I don't get any career growth then what is the point! 2. Is there any way by which I can change my joining location or stream CBO? 3. And is their any deadline to accept the joining letter of TCS from nextstep portal? Coz I haven't accepted it yet.

@@upamadutta5224 Hi , I had joined accenture and so far my experience has been ok . A lot of things depend on what project and technology you work on. i would recommend you to consult with others also and decide on option which is the best for your requirement.
