KYI Hills - Running 28psi of boost with a ufi 12mm and a top mount cooler

its the air pressure bouncing back to the compressor wheel as the engine no longer can use the boost created. Its exaggerated by the 4" intake piping

To be honest it really isn't needed, as soon as I put my foot into it, it gets full boost quite quickly.

Hey bud, the turbo was $1500 and the pump was $2750 intercooler I built, only cost $350 then would need a turbo manifold exhaust etc.

@@Foo87 I want to put that turbo on my patrol do you reckon I can do it without a Intercooler ?

@@adzcop8461 you can run the turbo without intercooler but you would be limited to the ammount of boost you can run, because when you start compressing air it becomes hot so your intake air temps will be higher and your EGT's will end up climbing faster. Also this turbos rear housing is a T25 .64 which allows earlier spooling

Hey bud, I built the kit myself man using a Cooling Pro bar and plate intercooler 600x300x70 with 2.5" in and out on the cooler

FooTrol What manifold and intercooler setup?

@@DANKIEONPCINP intake manifold is stock, the exhaust manifold is from my old TurboGlide setup and intercooler is a cooling Pro cooler and I just fabed up the brackets

What exhaust housing are you running mate? I've got a 1hdft and have been eyeing off a gtx2867 for it aswell
