Our Dune Buggy Warehouse TDI Starter Adapter for 091 and 094 6-Rib VW Bus Transaxles allows use of a much higher torque TDI Jetta starter in your dune buggy, sand rail, or beetle transaxle. These starters can easily handle high compression VW Type 1 or Type 4 engines, as well as Ecotech and Subaru swaps.
Fitment note These adapters do not fit in a split window or bay window VW Bus without additional clearance around the starter main power terminal.
