That's not the biggest problem. It's the fact that it was "limited". They putting a limited time skin on a crate that F2P won't even be able to get is baffling
on the discord tds clearly said “🎆4th of july skins” (notice how they said “skins”meaning more than one) but they added only one new skin to the game and thats it

It is still acceptable if they sell the skin as an independent gamepass which is the same as the firework emote from years ago. Still, once they put it in a Deluxe Skin Crate, that means you will have to spend dozens of "200 robux" if you did not unlock all the skins in Deluxe Skin Crates before and you are on bad luck.

This update was pretty underwhelming but the ace rework and knowing that the the next updates going to be huge make up for it so this is whatever it’s just a skin.
To add insult to injury, TDX’s 10 Yes TEN skins all cost either 2800 to buy with gold, but the crate containing said skins will give no duplicates, only 180 robux if your lazy, and they’re all in a separate skin crate so you won’t get normal skins mixed with them overall tds fucked up big time and could he made this update WAY better Let’s also not forget the TB event happening 7 days after today. It’s crazy how a dev team with considerably less people can crank out much better content
Thats because tds devs are on a break lmao, aka they are in limited production mode. they only released the skin because july the 4th stuff As far as I know TDX devs haven't gotten a 2 week break and are working everyday for the tb update so yea

Tbh I won’t be annoyed about the update if they get rid of the whole limited thing, similar to the April Fools skins, that way I guess there’s no stress What *I’m* mad about is that they didn’t bring back the firework emote. LIMITED skins should have never been behind any sort of paywall. they are limited so you do not even get a chance to get the crate without paying, in most cases. deluxe crates are insanely rare even in weekly quests and except for that, you can pay robux to get it. And still, you can not even be sure if you will get the skin after buying the crate, unless you have all deluxe skins. and this is not the first time it happened, people seem not to notice that the same thing happened on 4th may with two star wars skins. if they add skins to deluxe crates, they should at least keep them obtainable. otherwise they are just wasting their time on adding a skin that people will be barely able to get. it aint a surprise that people are upset about this. this just sucks and the timing is so fucking bad lol they did it literally few days before bloxy awards voting for the best strategy game. they should think more before doing such things.
I’m just mad that tds literally added low and mid tier crates as rewards in weekly quests I don’t think consumables are even that good to be included but high tier can be accepted since it costs robux the fact that low and mid tier are way cheaper than most skin crates doesn’t make any sense to me at all
TDX made such a better update the crate u can get it for free by playing and u can't get duplicate meaning if you play enough will get every single skin and you have 8 days to get them all

I dont know how long it took for them to do this update but it only takes me like 20s to play the Update ( not included loading time ) and all I can say is Very American Update

This is pretty controversial, but imo this is a decent update. Games aren’t forced to make an update for every holiday. But it is true how they said “skin(s)” even though they added one skin. The community was overhyping it a ton.

It's not like it's one skin. We got Star Wars locked behind deluxe crate, the skibidi toilet skins, and so many other skins. Now, this wouldn't matter IF THE DEVS DID CARE for any other crates. I hate how I have so many extra premiums, basic toys, cold crate, vigilante, and ducky. I think the majority of the community also does.
At this point if tds wins the innovation awards and make a skin as a gift then they're probably gonna put the skin in the deluxe crate (hopefuly im wrong about this)
