this update literally just makes grinding the game 5% faster wow great addition will definitely use it on grinding my 7th gold crate when that gets added in 2026
Its targeted towards newer players. Although even then I do think the rewards are lackluster. Coins should be spread throughout more quest. I do also believe more quest types are coming soon so don't be too mad at them alright.
Bluenight, thats the whole issue with this update. Even if its targeted towards new players most of the playerbase is level 50-100+ at this point. Below did a great job releasing an update that benefits 1% of the playerbase... and doesn't even do that well
I really wish tower blitz didn't get abandoned because the quest system ther was actually kinda fun like there would be challenges where you have to use certain towers to beat a mode up to a certain time. The rewards were also great since you get exclusive currency for skins
I feel like one thing they could do to make quests actually worth doing is maybe making the rewards/quests based on the player level, basically the more experienced the player the more challengeing the quests, but better prizes. I mean getting to level 100 or further, your already in the late game for TDS, might as well give yourself a challenge Example: level 1-50: gets the current quests (This can help new players progress a bit easier, though the rewards could be like maybe 300-500 or 200-500 exp instead of literally 20 exp) Level 50-100: A bit hard quests (Like 10,000 damage with minigunner (not golden)) but gives a bit more experience or gold, say 1000 exp or 600 coins Level 100+: Harder quests (Something like beat fallen with paintballer in your loadout or beating a game with a given loadout or beat an insane map on fallen) but in exchange get better rewards, like hardcore gems (not too many so you cant just grind quests from hardcore gems) or even a deluxe crate. Idk, this is just my opinion :P
This is kinda true but level 50 should get harder quest i would say easy quests would be for 1-25. Bc lvl 25 can do events i think so yeah they will have to beat an event or smth. And lvl 25-50 would get quests that make them solo fallen or smth which is kinda hard if u dont really have accel. And 50-75 will allow hardcore quests. 75-100 would idk beat quickdraw or like really hard events
@@-NajimiOsana- also im pretty sure that u can get minigunner at lvl 25 so they can start doing those minigunner quests u suggested but ig these quests can use other towers
I got a mission of "win hardcore mode 2 times" and "kill void reaver 2 times" you get 75 grms for doing each one,in one match you get the double of the gems from the mission
5:33 elf camp is a hidden gem its good early-late game and is very strong in quad also the only moment when you could buy elf camp was during the christmas 2022 event when elf camp was obtainable for free so i guess he was just playing for fun
Now they've added Missions where you pay coins to do Missions which are long. The first mission I completed was the mission for the Doom Slayer shotgunner.
I think this is a good update, because you can get 2 premium crate in one week, if we think about it, its just a good thing for the golden crates and premium crates, its just one week and 20 games, if you do molten in 20 maps, the results will be 11500, impressive right?

Tbh this update just makes grind like 20 and 50 xp that aint much but in the future they will add more rewards in this sysytem such as gems coins crates etc
it is possible to do all quests per day, and imagine i get paired up with u instead of my friend when i clicked duo casually, i wouldve used that chance to do the molten boss task lol (finished yesterday)
But honestly I think they should buff it, I got a quest where I have to beat the annoying guy in hc, that heals enemies, so annoying, guess I should solo even more hc (I have 13k gems)
One of my daily quests was “do 36000 damage with paintballer” I knew that was the end. That was the time I would surrender. That’s just hell. That’s just cruel.
0:28 i got the MVP quest but instantly of 20 thousand damage i got 50 thousand damage... Bruh. I still completed it with a minigunner and a few rangers. It was pain triying to get that only mini to 50 thousand damage, and balancing the towers to not steal the damage from that one mini. Yes i only placed 1 mini for getting that 50 thousand. I got it firts try so yay... Until i did see the reward... The reward was trash bruh Sorry if my inglish is terrible Oh and you got very lucky with the weekly quest because i got the quest from getting 3 MILLION DAMAGE
I really didnt want TDX coming out to make me dislike TDS but the fact TDX is giving us new content on a bi-weekly basis, and TDS gives us a grinding system after a month or two is uh... Telling
i thought it was pretty obvious that they had these updates prepared before the game released, they just did it later because they werent fully finished yet
rewards need to be buffed. I get like 60 exp (I don't need exp tho) and like 250 coins for having to beat wox the fox 3 times and gunslinger 3 times (yes I got both of them at once)
Also the mission dealing 1 million damage, 2,5 million damage and 4 million damage for Premium Crate and Deluxe Crate is feels more worth cost than daily task imagine win 2-3 fallen/Molten just for hundred coins and thousand of EXP lol 😂🗿
