Maybe a menopause team might be a nice part 2 for the older ladies. It would be good to know what to recommend to my dear Ma. At the moment I suggest sage tea for hot flushes and a supplement of holy basil.
Is this an all-rounder for cramp too? If not, could you please give some suggestions? I suffer from cramp that painkillers won’t touch - I’m not looking for a miracle cure, but something to use as a preventative measure through the month would be amazing.
