The proceeds from this special night supported the opening of one of our newest PFC Foundation music programs in Curitiba, Brazil. This performance is a reminder of what love, music, and conviction can create. We all share the human heart, let the music bring us all back to our humanity.

Playing For Change (PFC) is a movement created to inspire and connect the world through music, born from the shared belief that music has the power to break down boundaries and overcome distances between people. The primary focus of PFC is to record and film musicians performing in their natural environments and combine their talents and cultural power in innovative videos called Songs Around The World. Creating these videos motivated PFC to form the Playing For Change Band-a tangible, traveling representation of its mission, featuring musicians met along their journey; and establish the Playing For Change Foundation-a separate 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to building music and art schools for children around the world. Through these efforts, Playing For Change aims to create hope and inspiration for the future of our planet.

I couldnt understand why theres 1.6K people who gave a thumbs down....the soul of the guitarist and the singer is superb! The message of this song if you truly understand is powerful..!!

Probably they're just fans of CSN(&Y) and this is just so different, they feel it doesn't "honour" the original enough. It doesn't have the same bouncy joyful hippie feeling of the original, even when they pickup the rhythm. This is a serious, more musician-focused, more "orchestrated" (scripted) tune than the original. Hey, I'm just guessin'.

I've seen all sorts of fine-to-beautiful videos that people have thumbed down. I'm guessing there are people out there who just go around putting down everything they find. Perhaps they have a club of "who gave the most thumbs down today." I've learned to ignore them; well, ok, maybe i roll my eyes a little.

Great song, great band and lead singer. Tula is beautiful and talented in her own right and I love everything I've seen her do but I am reminded of Nicolette Larson every time I watch or hear her!
