The Dominos guy was The Noid. He was part of their old "#0 minutes or its free": delivery campaign. They stopped using him and that campaign though because delivery drivers were speeding and being reckless, causing accidents. Someone even died because of it (my gf used to work at a Dominos)

The reason why we don't see the Noid was because of a hostage situation in an Atlanta dominos by Kenneth Lamar Noid who hated the saying "Avoid the Noid" and thought it was targeted at him possibly due to his mental illness in 1989. While the hostage situation wasn't a direct cause of the Noid going away, it certainly contributed to it. He was retired 6 years after in 1995.

That little guy in the pizza scene was The Noid from the Dominos pizza ads.

I have the documentary 'Starring Adam West' on GOG (no longer available for sale) and it really was a shame that he was typecasted into obscurity back in the day and didn't get the proper fame he deserved until many decades later. He, like Gene Roddenberry, wasn't a perfect man, but he deserved better than being just 'the guy who played Batman!'
