Funny story about that Shawshank episode is it's a part of Stephen King parody trilogy. The other 2 they mocked were Stand By Me and Misery. In fact that entire episode made me want to watch those movies.

Kate Capshaw met Spielberg during production of Temple of Doom. Spielberg was married at the time, after his divorce (which was the most expensive divorce at the time) in 1989, Capshaw and Spielberg started dating and married in 1991. I believe Capshaw converted to Judaism (her choice) to marry Spielberg. P.S. they're still married, and their daughter Sasha was in Crystal Skull; she's the girl that punches Shia Lebouf in the diner.

John Candy’s character tried to pay for a motel room but all he had was two dollars and a Casio wristwatch. Needless to say, the clerk declined his offer. One of my all-time favourite films.

Shawshank Redemption is one of the best movies ever made, but unfortunately went under a lot of radars. It was overshadowed by Pulp Fiction & Forrest Gump the year it came out. Both phenomenal movies though.
