This coaching session is so good. It makes a huge fucking difference when the person you're coaching is not just listening to you, but also trying to understand you and your reasons. The last session was so hard to watch, because the tutotee (?) seemed like he was unable to grasp the ideas you were trying to float and was piss-poor mechanically (I'm sure he'll get better with time).
I really like the coaching content Neace, it's impressive to see the improvement your clients are making game to game. I hope you get more coaching out of these replays, keep up the good work!
These are amazing, unfortunately in my country 100$ is pretty much 1-2weeks of pay so i'm most likely never gonna be able to do it personally, but watching those videos really does help a lot, and it's also free, thank you!
I feel like urgot isnt really a ranged matchup, I'm a nocturne top main and I have never had trouble with urgot, when I think of ranged top laners I think of the marksmen top laners like quinn vayne and teemo, those are the matchups I have trouble with if they get a kill on be pre 6
Just gonna mention this, because it happens a lot to me - basically all the time. I have two waves stacked crashing on my tower with a cannon minion and I absolutely guarantee you my jungler will THEN gank, die, and complain I didn't follow up. It is beyond my understanding how terrible some people have their understanding of the game.
If they are stacking 2-3 waves, you lose nothing from leaving for a second to ward. That many minions stacked up will kill your minions fast enough to not die themselves. You can get really good wards off, and not the standard first bush you see. Then you can plan around a dive when you see the jungle
I wouldve started trading with urgot at lvl 3 and w his e the tenacity and shield let's you immediately start trading back and as long as you stay in his used legs you win trades hard and if you can time it well you can leave at a slightly better trade rinse and repeat and with you passive you hard win trades against urgot since he uses mana and q and e let's you burst some health after he engages and you e makes sure you dont hard lose on your way out
Hmm, this dude is going back n' forth dodging Urgot E. He should be going to the side instead, since Urgot E is a line, so, dodge it perpendicularly. Good coach review.
"Garen beats Urgot late game" if both champions are equal in score then no Garen does not demolish Urgot. The fact that you spin around him in a circle is a really big counter to Garen because he's rapidly going to proc his passive on you. The trick is to spin on just one or two of his legs and try not to get encircled but it's easier said than done given he has an E and Garen has no dash. Late game Urgot just goes BC DD and can no longer die to Garen's outscaled damage.
Im pretty sure hes saying lategame in teamfights, splitting and pressure you outscale him. yeah, if he builds dd bc you might not be able to kill him if even, but you can flash oneshot everybody else on the enemy team whereas he cant, and then rotate back to him and finish him with ult or sth.
Its true tho, garen gets shit on by a good urgot but after level 11 and trinity can actually all in urgot with ignite r and also garen is much better at pickping people off lategame as he can oneshot unlike urgot who is a more fixed champ
My problem with range are with the likes of a Lucian or Vayne. Urgot I dont really consider to be a range matchup since he's not as slippery. Any tips on how to beat one of those dudes?
it is always better to buy boots first? they cost the same as stinger and stinger gives you cdr. And if you buy phage next, could you not skip boots to until after triforce because of the phage passive giving ms?
Ranged matchups require for you to close gaps faster. It's not about the stinger it's about how well it plays into your kit. You run to lane faster, you dodge skillshots much easier and 10% CDR isn't impactful on a champion who doesn't rely on cooldown when his all-in is 3 buttons.
@NEACE Hey man really love the content, I’m a fairly new player (only a couple months actual playtime), and I’d like to get in touch with you about getting some coaching but I couldn’t find an email or anything. If you could get back to me when you have some time that would be great. I don’t have twitter or anything like that. Cheers man! ✌🏼
A lot of missed opportunities on the coaching part. Dissect every click. Why is he moving into the north or south pocket? How is he handling the trade minion? How is the spacing? Etc.. Etc..
I am not sure, but if you're asking to see how good he is, he got challenger with tryndamere smite + tryndamere mid. + his Gangplank is really clean also if you're interested in watching those replays
No he doesnt, urgot wins every trade just has to land e and then w and thats half their health gone. he also wins all ins cause his ult is a better execute than garens. This is a shit matcup for garen as you saw in the video he just gets shit on and depends on his jungle and urgot messing up, i wouldnt say its a counter urgots just a better champ. I'd say that garen scales better tho and at level 11 can actually all in getting his trinity and going ignite and r
@@IMRCK100 Ok I did check just to see if you have any grounds on your points and even according to match up statistics you don't, even though that doesn't even matter as there's not enough data on the match up from any meaningful elo (obviously). I play in gm/chal. If you play below D2 you should probably consider that your experiences on match ups outcomes are a result of gameplay full of mistakes from both sides and stop commenting them as facts.
I mean, this is basically free coaching for us, so a few adds are the least we can pay for this info. I personally started hard carrying inting teammates by just playing Garen right with the ideas Neace points out, so a few ads for this much info is a fair trade in my book.
@@samtalus6435 and he gets to advertise his coaching in the most valuable way possible. I guarantee his requests were flooded after the first few videos were released
the last 3 minutes pissed me off at this guy. how many times does he have to say dont go in and just buff the creeps. the guy acts so confused and ends up inting
Man, if you are so good and above this level then maybe you shouldn't watch these videos since their purpose is mainly educative gameplay. The garen guy was really paying attention and was open to criticism to make his plays better.
Yeah, at some moments the plays from the garen dude were pissing me off so hard that i wanted to yell at the screen, but overall at leadt he’s trying to pay attention to the coaching remarks
