@Michael Anderson: The Phillips Collection is a separate art museum and not affiliated with the Smithsonian. The Phillips Collection was established by Duncan Phillips, a modern art enthusiast. I agree with you strongly that The Phillips Collection's education department is very strong. Thanks for sharing!
