Team Is Overrated In Startups

This does not apply to everyone. But I think in the beginning, having a startup team is overrated. I know team is essential later but if you are starting alone and you don't have the skills to start your startup, learn those skills. Unless the specific skill takes years to learn, I believe as a startup founder, you should know almost everything about your startup. I didn't know how to code but I always had a tech startup idea. I did try to find a co-founder, but no one was interested. And I thought it would take too long to learn how to code by myself. But that was a year ago. And now I'm glad that I decided to learn how to code.

You will get to a point where you will not be able to handle all the tasks together even mentally you can't handle it Your right in many points , but at least have a person you can rely on to do the tasks that you can't or don't love to do

I'm going through the same journey, I've been at it for 6 months, it's so exhausting, Research, Coding, Marketing, video and photo editing, administration. I went into this not knowing 99% of what i know now. But I'm getting there tho. Excuse me i need to go and cry and get some work done. I may come back to vent a lil more.

I'm also in the same situation too. It's an ecommerce mobile app too. I actually learnt coding while working on the app. I'm a "ready, aim, fire" kind of guy. So I leap and then correct as I go on. I hope solo founders handling all facets of a startup alone should find a way to connect and draw inspiration and experiences from each other. Maybe via a group or any other medium. I'm ready if you'll all ready.
