I used this pump to replace the pump on a Ecell 3100 PSI pump. ru-vid.comUgkxEU8wdEWW31diRsOawsCNfWEho39M27qd The model # is PWZ0163100.02 for those looking for a matching pump. It went on very easily - 10 minutes at most. Feels like a lot more power than the original but that's to be expected. Can't tell a difference when cleaning with the wand or floor sprayer. Would recommend as it was cheaper than most I found. The maintenance free aspect is definitely a plus too. Have used it through about 6 tanks of gas and have zero issues so far.

Great video, Tom. Just one thing to add, for a full teardown there are a few more seals inside the inlet manifold that require a slide hammer to remove/replace. Excellent stuff though!!

I just replaced my old AAA pump with a new one. Can't wait to take apart my old one and replace the O-rings, clean and lubricate the valves. At the price of these, if I can get another couple of years use out of it, that's a win for me.

You need pressure relief cap on pump, looks like bolt installed instead

Yes, thank you for a helpful video. I wonder if you have any suggestions for my particular situation. I have a smaller pressure pump that unfortunately has build up scale and corrosion internally, following disassembly. I have brushed as much as possible to remove the build up but cannot reach the deep internal passages so I would like to soak the pump head in a suitable cleaning solution. I have learned that products like C-L-R are damaging to brass metal, which my pump is constructed with. Do you have a suggestion of a cleaning solution for this type of pump? Thanks for your help.

I just bought new seals for the pump part, but after pulling the unit off the motor and draining the oil I can hear something rattling around inside like a piston is broken. I spent $240 on new seals to change them out, but its more than likely a piston which would be cheaper to just replace the whole damned pump. $400 for a new pump for the Easy Kleen 4000 magnum pressure washer. ARGH!!
