I'm sad that the only rating option here is ONE star - I'd prefer to leave zero. There are SOOO many reasons why I would NEVER recommend someone purchase a trailer from CO Teardrops, but here's the gist: They simply don't care about their craft. Standard, functional features have never worked on our teardrop and the 6+ times we've taken it in to get them to (hopefully) pay attention to detail and make things work - they did pretty much nothing, as far as I'm concerned. What's worse is they really don't seem to care. Granted, we asked for a lot of features (these are customizable right?) and we were promised a lot of features that worked correctly, it's too bad they can't deliver on promises. At the very least they could simply NOT make promises on features that they can't actually do. Just to give you an idea: Here's a short list of things that have never worked on ours: The back hatch doesn't close or seal correctly, one of the rear jack stands failed, the water tanks weren't installed properly and pop out of the interior floor (under our mattress) when filled with water - which is really comfortable (sarcasm)..... the skid plate on the bottom of the trailer is broken because the bike hitch which they were contractually obligated to build (and did attempt 3+ times) snapped off with all of our bikes on it (super awesome) and they never fixed the holes that it left in the bottom. To their credit they did pay for the repairs on our bikes, but only recently (1 year later) have they admitted that they actually can't put a bike hitch on the back, even though this was the one reason we purchased the trailer in the first place... Wow, that wasn't short. My recommendation still stands - DON'T PURCHASE A TEARDROP FROM THIS COMPANY! Feel free to message me with specific questions.
